Dollar Tree

100% better shopping experience at this store, than I didn't even get to have at the Freehold store! All thanks to all the welcoming employees at this store. Wish I could say the same for the freehold store but heck "NO" sadly all due to one very rude mistreating customers employee! He probably should not be working in the retail industry at all because he clearly doesn't know how to provide customer service by properly communicating & interacting with guests to build an inclusive guest experience, adapt to different customer interactions and situations, promoting & selling products and/or services. Nevertheless, thank you to all the lovely employees at the Howell dollar tree for welcoming me in with open arms and providing such great customer service. I surely had a much better experience here at this store than the freehold!! I got my greeting cards even more than orginally was looking for along with some other get finds here at this dollar tree. Ownership if your reading this you may want to evaluate your hiring manager at the freehold store because he/she is letting bad candidates slip through the cracks and hiring them. Also, a. apology would be appropriate and very well treated but I won't count on it, see ya all again soon at the Howell dollar tree your the best!

Organized, well stocked, nice products. I've been to the Lakewood and Toms river branches. But the Howell branch is by far the Best!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful at this location! They are my go to for supplies pretty much weekly. And the manager is such a pleasure, she goes above and beyond.
