Update:
The company claims they didn't receive a complaint about the mishandling and under pricing of my home. This is a lie. I spoke to the owner and manager on multiple occasions and went to the board of realtors to report the issue. Like I said in my original review, "Don't use this agency if you want a competent agent and get the most money for your home."
