Paradiso Mexican Restaurant | Minot

Yet another Paradiso location in the books.
Incredible service and food was fantastic.
I was in a hurry and I wasn't disappointed.
Minor mix up where I went to the bathroom and returned to find my table cleared.
LOL!
No worries as my meal has not come out yet. I ended up with a fresh drink , chips and salsa within a minute.

Unfortunately there is no big truck parking here so I hid mine at the back of the lot.

Glad I was able to squeeze in this brief visit.

I’ve eaten at several Paradiso locations and always find them clean and consistent in quality with great service. The Minot location always delivers and it’s a fav stop when in the area. I love their chimichanga. Sorry others haven’t had same experience.

Food was really good. Portions were enormous. Margaritas were a.bit sweet for my taste but were good. Prices were appropriate for what we ordered.

Great service and excellent food

We had Paradiso cater a few training events recently, and the food was delivered fresh and stayed hot. The chips and salsa are always a huge hit. Thank you for providing wonderful catering!

They had just got a new cook. It wasn't so good, but I will definitely be back and try again. Hard to get help these days, so I commend the new cook for trying. Things will get better.

Good food fast friendly service overall good experience

The food was not great. "Chef" walked out for 30 minutes. Bartender took 20 minutes to open a bottle of beer. The best part about this resturaunt was our server, 2 Day Carl. Highly recommend.. if you don't plan on eating. Carl has been working at this establishment for 2 days and always made sure we had what we needed. Only reason I would ever come back is to hang out with Carl. Carl made our dining experience, a great one.

Been in the area for a little over a year. This was our first visit and was super impressed. Friendly and knowledgeable waitstaff, absolutley helpful with the menu. We were in at lunch and price v.s. food was astounding. Having come from a state with a strong Hispanic influence, the food was amazing. We've found our place for our family Mexican food nights.

Great place to eat. Good atmosphere. Great people. My usual is the burrito dinner, which you need to come hungry to finish it. Our waiter Magdy is very attentive to everyone, very friendly. Always thinking ahead, he'll pass by and leave a basket of more chips while holding a tray for another table.

Great food and service. The atmosphere was pretty great, and the resteraunt felt very clean. The pork there is delicious, but not listed on all menu items; you have to request it. If I had to say one thing that they could improve upon, the beef on a taco that came with my meal was a little bit light on the seasoning. Overall, a great experience that I hope to have again!

Awesome service, great friendly staff. The bar has good drinks too. Have to say I like the food to and I have ordered things I don't know what it was and I had enjoyed each bite.

really good! Kendra was our server and did a great job.. Being a vegetarian in Minot is really tough! I have been here a week and this was the first time I had delicious options!! the salsa was fresh and tasty. I will go back every time I return to Minot

FINALLY!!!! Some enjoyable Mexican Food in Minot. Had the Beef fajita burrito. The meat was tender and flavorful, combined with the onions, peppers, red sauce and cheeses the overall taste was delicious. The salsa was comparable to my favorite restaurant, Hectors, back home. The most remarkable part is that we had it delivered! The food was hot and the the delivery driver was very pleasant and professional. Thank you Paradiso for giving us a little touch of Texas!!

Amazing as usual. They definitely take pride in their customers enjoying their meals! We eat in the bar mostly due to the quicker more experienced waiter we usually find there, quick and knowledgeable in the menu, and always polite! He's great!!

Taco bar 5to7 in the bar is amazingly filling and fresh!

The 2 of us decided to go for lunch. We got there before the time to change over to the dinner menu. Our waitor, Mr. Farmer, was a lot of fun. Enjoyed his work, has a great personality. You need to stop in and say you want to sit in his area, and have a awesome meal, meet Farmer. Thanks for the conversation.
