Have never been to a bad Pottery Barn. This one was the one of the best.. Friendly and helpful staff. Great product

I am giving Jill Sakosits the designer at this Pottery Barn the 5 stars! The store overall is nice. The manager is also awesome here. I made a very large purchase for my new home. Jill was very helpful and fun. We used visuals and samples to see the design plan in real life. It was also nice to see someone else's idea of my "vision." She also showed me items that I would never think to try. I was able to see our design in each room with proper dimensions and colors. I am very impressed. Not only did she help me choose items to purchase, but she also followed through until delivery. With corresponded with emails and phone calls. She helped me set up delivery's and even did some dirty work when a problem came up. During this time of delays via the supply chain this was most helpful! Overall, her design expertise and personality did not disappoint, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. The store is a very nice store with a lot in stock, which I like. The staff was mostly friendly - there were a few snobs. As mentioned before the manager here is very helpful and overall, 5 stars as well. Whether you need help with a small item for your home or a big design for multiple spaces - Jill is the women to see!!!!!!!!!!!!

Needed some last minute school supplies for our 3 yr old and pottery Barn was one of the few places that had supplies we could get right away vs online shopping. They had a decent amount of kids merchandise and the price was reasonable. Store was easy to find in the mall and customer service was wonderful.

Pottery Barn Kids has unusually nice takes on castles, play work benches, and many other toys. Particularly liked their take on construction vehicles and cranes.

Beautiful displays, helpful service and special finds. Love it.
