Ambience is amazing. A lot of lounge place to settle down and enjoy your coffee.

Everybody at this location was so pleasant. The cashier told me his name was verzel (sorry if I spelt that wrong). the whole team works fast and my drink was delicious.

I am a Starbucks Gypsy, having attended many conferences nationwide...so I have no reservations saying that this location houses some of the nicest baristas. The multilevel design and ample electric outlets and tables/chairs make this the most impressive Starbucks!
The only drawback was not being able to redeem my Starbucks rewards. For some reason, the flawed business arrangement between Hyatt Regency and Starbucks disallowed the redemption of my membership rewards.
Fret not, there is another Starbucks located less than two blocks away.

Great service and great drinks. The best part is that if you stay at the hotel, Starbucks is downstairs. I loved the early morning hours and the convenience when staying in the hotel. Even with the long line, service was exceptionally FAST.

Khris is absolutely amazing. While we were there he gave us a sample of his own creation and it was absolutely outstanding. We all wish that his drink was on the actual menu. This is definitely a place I will come back to. Also, give khris a promotion. He deserves it. And put that killer drink on the menu:)

This is a great Starbucks location with a good amount of comfortable seating, friendly staff, quick service, and a convenient location. However, this location is kind of tucked away inside a hotel, so it can be a bit difficult to spot from the street.

Great Service ! Cashier was super friendly and energetic then sang a Starbucks Song in the tune of The Flinstones Theme song to a family that tipped, The kids enjoyed it and the entire room lit up with a smile.

We had a fabulous experience in this Starbucks. The staff were amazing. They were so friendly and warm and funny. It’s also a large Starbucks. Great location too.

Possibly the best Starbucks ive ever been to. The man running the register was absolutely awesome and the service was quick. If I lived around here this would be my coffee spot.

Starbucks. What else can you say great coffee and this one is located right in the hotel lobby perfectly convenient. They were very busy in the morning I visited line move fast and services great
