I personally think that Dr Kayser is a great doctor and communicates everything to you all the reasons for the testing and what the results are and the course he wants to take. I recommend Dr. Kayser to everyone.

Was misdiagnosed previously, Dr. Kayser caught it, properly diagnosed me, recommended different medications and I've never felt better! Highly recommend!

Dr. Kayser has been taking care of my husband since his open heart surgery. He is thorough and concerned. Cheryl, the office RN is kind and so helpful. She always takes my calls and has helped me out on numerous occasions. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I will forever be greatful that Dr.Kayser was in the ED the night that my mother suffered a STEMI 2 years ago. He 100% saved her life.He is amazing at what he does , as is his whole team and I can’t say enough great things. I always recommend him to my patients (I’m a nurse). Very thankful.

Dr Kayser and his team are the best around. I have had two cardiac catheterizations with Dr Kayser and everything went great . He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything very well .

Dr Kayser is wonderful the office is very nice but the wait times... make sure you have nothing else on your calendar when you make an appointment.

I realize doctors run behind schedules. The sick need to get tended to first. It is the duty of the office manager to call patience and tell them you are running two hours plus late. No excuses for that at all. The staff is plentiful and kind. They need leadership!

Want to have a good time? Come sit in the waiting room and listen to the girls behind the plexiglass talk badly about their coworkers that aren't there. Incredibly unprofessional staff. It doesn't bode well for the professionalism of the physicians when they allow their staff to behave like that in front of patients.

Had a very disrespectful experience with Dr. Kayser.

In addition, I waited One hour and 45 minutes for a brief 12-minute appointment. A simple, "Sorry, to keep you waiting”, from Dr. Kayser would have been appreciated. Nothing. Not a word. He showed total disregard for my time and disrespectful behavior by not acknowledging his tardiness.

I have three different doctors (Primary Care, Gynecologist and Gastroenterologist) whom I've been completely loyal to for over 25 years. They've never once treated me like this.

I will never come back to this practice.

The receptionist knew that the doctor had to be called out for an emergency but rather than calling me, she had me drive from my home 30 minutes away to tell me. Totally ridiculous and not concerned of my time!

This place had 5 stars in my eyes when Dr Eisenberg was there. Now it barely gets a star. No transparency, Dr Kayser making up a new diagnosis about my husband, and making my husband think he’s going to die. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go here anymore and regret if anyone I did recommend to go here is still a patient.
