Plymouth Rock Assurance is a terrible company. They quote you at one price and then raise it once you’re in with them. They raised mine only a month into the insurance. I’ll never deal with Plymouth Rock again. I would give them no stars!!

Never sent notices of cancelation by email or mail. Found out by mortgage company. Unprofessional. Should have sent a notice if they were canceling by mail or very least email. Advised us it's was due to the roof but we had roofers out that could not see an issue and roof is not that old. Will never work with them or Palisades (who they had the insurance with) again for car or home insurance. They will not notify you in time if they are canceling and will not send a professional inspector to look at a roof.

Terrible these people are rude they don’t care they don’t help all they do is transfer and transfer and transfer I’m so sick of not getting the help I need !!!!
