Love this pharmacy, my prescriptions are always ready, they have mailed prescriptions to me when I'm away, everyone is so helpful. I also love the gift shop they have such great items for all occasions. I would say they are the best pharmacy around in Bergen County!!!

My family and I have been customers for more than 15 years and spend a LOT here. Former owners Denise & Bill Hayes were consummate professionals and served the community admirably. Unfortunately the new owners can't seem to figure it out and I'm ready to go elsewhere.

Call in a prescription refill, leave a # in case there's a problem, then show up the next day to pick it up and they're out of stock...what happened to the callback?

Call in a prescription early to make sure they have it when I need it, arrive to pick it up only to learn I can't place the order for another week...same thing, no notification...so where's the callback?

Topping that, today they had another prescription refill ready that I didn't even order and the excuse was that it's an automatic refill (that I never authorized). What about the other 10 refills I call in (and pay for) every month...why aren't they automatic?

Frankly it's getting old and there have got to be providers with a better handle on the process.

The most fabulous staff and caring pharmacists! I received my first dose of the Moderna vaccine here and only waited maybe 10 minutes. Their gift department is a wonder to walk around and the saleswomen are most helpful. I have been here on many occasions. They take care of all of my prescriptions and otc needs and deliver to me rain, snow or shine.

Can't say enough good things about this small town local pharmacy. The pharmacists go above and beyond time and again to ensure their patients needs are met. And you can shop for unique gifts plus OTC meds and vitamins/supplements while you wait for your script to be filled!

My name is Jennifer Cirelli and I would just like to mention that I have been with Haworth Apothecary for many years. They have always been very capable of getting any kind of medication that is necessary and they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of not just your medication but of who you are. Recently I have been in a new program called SYN.
This program puts all of your medication together at one time every month and you do not have to call in refills or try to get prescriptions even around the same time every month. They are all synced together for you. The woman in charge of the program Shivani has been amazing to work with and has made everything simple. She is on top of everything and will call every month and go over the medication’s that they will be sending. No more dealing with Dr. office refills or calling the pharmacy for refills. This is absolutely the best program I have ever had and it is run so smoothly I would recommend it to anyone receiving multiple prescriptions per month.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Haworth Apothecary. The pharmacists are extraordinarily kind, and will always go above and beyond to make sure you are always taken care of and comfortable. When looking to find amazing quality gifts for friends and Family, Haworth Apothecary has been my go to.

I was an intern here for 1 month. It is the best pharmacy ever! Owners and staff are very nice and they will always do everything to help you. They are a big family and made me feel like a part of it! You will not regret going there.
