VALENCIA NAILS AND LASHES

I’ve been coming to Valencia for a few months now. Lisa (owner/manager) does beautiful work. I will say, my experience overall does change depending on who is doing my fill and there are employees with whom I have not the best experience, because of a skill deficit and/or language barrier. I’ve settled into a routine and usually get the same tech now (Lisa or another talented lady whose name is escaping me currently) and I like my results. There have been times where I’ve have come back because of chips/breaks/flakes and they fix it for free, which I definitely appreciate.

Finally found a nail salon that I like - Luckily I live close. The place is nicely done - It's cozy, modern and always clean (one of the things I always look for a salon) -Everyone is so kind extremely hospitable.
Service is excellent- Lisa, is my nail tech. Lisa is friendly and very professional - she takes her time to make sure that my nails are done just the way I wanted - I'm beyond happy with my nails! Every visit is always a wonderful experience...

Been to 3 other salons in the area and they all turned out to be huge mistakes. Now I set appointments so I don't make those mistakes again. Really love this place!

Update: Still the only salon I go to! I've been going about 5 years faithfully. Always do a great job, great employees, nice place. Whenever I come in with a design, it always looks as good or better than what I showed them. Love these ladies ❤

This place is amazing! The ladies were so kind, and even redid my nails without asking when they didn’t look quite right. Definitely recommend!

I went in the afternoon, it was slow, which I like. Got my nails done by Liza. She was very attentive to details. I walk in with ogre looking hands and walk out feeling pretty. I was very happy with her work. If you like designs, She is the person to request.

Lovely place! Nice and clean! The lady did my Pedi is really friendly and did a nice job. Highly recommend!!!

Lisa was so sweet and did an amazing job! I was in from out of town and she was able to get me in on short notice!

My daughter, best friend, and I have all gone here. We all had a great experience and our nails looks amazing. Everyone was friendly and the place salon was clean.

Decided to get back to treating myself with acrylic nails & pedicure. My cousin & I chose Valencia Nails & Lashes based on their good reviews. We both had the $60 pedicure and I got acrylic nails. I was pleasantly surprised on how cute & fancy this salon was. All the nail technicians were friendly & professional. Extremely clean & well organized. I didn’t catch the mans name who did my nails but he did a nice job and was very gentle. No nicks or hot spots on my nails or cuticles. I wish it was easier to hear what he was saying with masks & plexiglass in between us but we made it work! I felt bad having to have him repeat himself a few times when I asked about their lash application.
Kathy did my pedicure and she was fabulous!! The $60 package was relaxing and worth the $$!! My feet feel like silk!! What a great way to start off sandal season!!
I would definitely recommend this salon to friends & family!! I will be going back when I need a fill & my toes painted!! Perfect place to treat yourself & a loved one!!!
Mother’s Day is coming & any mom would love a pedicure especially the top notch one $60 they use Hot stones and paraffin extremely relaxing!! All I needed was a mixed drink! If your looking for a nail salon chose Valencia!!
My next venture there I may try their lashes? 2 of the nail technicians had beautiful lashes I would love to have my lashes look that amazing!! Next time!!

If you want a great set of eyelash extensions go here and ask for Kathy! She’s amazing! I love them and I’ve been going to her for years. She’s the only person I’ll let do my eyelashes and I’m very picky! Highly recommend!

Me and my mom went in today, I got an acrylic fill and my mom got a soak off and cat eye nail polish. Everyone is super nice and they were super quick, usually I’m in the salon for 2 hours but I’m 1 hour both me and my mom were out of there. This will definitely be our new nail place and I will recommend all my friends and family here!
Bonus: they’re like 1mins from Southridge mall😊

Absolutely love this place. Will not go anywhere else. They do fantastic nails every-time, always talking always smiling, and never a dull moment in there. Kathy and everyone else at Valencia is amazing. There may be some small waits, but guess what that is everywhere and that is life.

Was treated to a birthday pedicure by a dear friend and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Friendly and professional staff. Helen did an excellent job on my feet and I left a very happy customer who will be returning!
