Taco Bell

Went there yesterday on my lunch, and Chance was incredibly friendly ! One of our best experiences at this location. We ordered 3 tacos and was wondering where our food was, Chance graciously apologized about the wait and that our lunch will be right out as soon as possible. We've never had such a kind experience at this Taco Bell. Thank you Chance!!

Food is good and very rarely made wrong, employees are mostly enthusiastic and make the experience nice, not to mention the low prices

Lady who ran the drive through was super nice and courteous. Plus, a great grilled cheese steak burrito. 😋

The guy at the window was hilarious! It was definitely a fun and tasty experience

Went through drive-through at 1am the man taking orders & working the window a few hours ago was great! Wish we would’ve thought to get his name!!! Amazing service & amazing food !!! Will be back before we leave Minot!

My friends and I came in and got some freezes at around 10 and the place was very busy and there was a pretty long line for drive through as well. I overheard multiple employees had to be sent home and there were only 3 people in the kitchen. We were perfectly fine with waiting but I just wanted to say the staff did a wonderful job with staying cool with all the upset and annoying customers. They had a few people give them a hard time and even clap at them to move faster and they still managed to stay unbothered. After a bit we reminded them we had drinks and they quickly made them with kindness! Great job, we appreciate you 💖

I ordered the $5 nacho box and they made it RIGHT. I'm am always wishing I could get one that looks like the one on TV. LOL this one was wonderful the cook was amazing.

Worst food I've ever got at Taco Bell. The MDew was even about out of syrup so I got carbonated water with a green tint.

Went here around 1 am on a Friday and waited in line for about 20 minutes, but it was totally worth it. Debbie was super enthusiastic and even gave us 20% off for absolutely no reason! Excellent customer service and excellent tasting food along with great patience for my intoxicated passengers. 10/10 would recommend.

To be honest, a few months ago they were having major staff issues but they seem to comeback and make it work, food ready within you get to the window and a great smile greeting.

They were extremely fast with my drive thru orders and each individual was very polite each time I have gone.

So I wrote a different review stating how horrible this Taco Bell was underneath this review. I wanted to write another one because I went back, at lunch time this time, and it was FANTASTIC. The woman at the window was the sweetest, her name on the receipt is Arwa, and the food was really good. Everything was perfect!! So this Taco Bell seems to be a hit or miss. Best time to go is lunch tome!!

i placed an online order a few minutes before pulling up around 11:45. they made sure my order was correct, and i pulled up to the window and got all my stuff. whole experience took three minutes. the crunchwrap they made was literally the most delicious crunchwrap i’ve ever had, and i used to work at a taco bell. i’m literally sitting in the parking lot writing this mid-wrap because it is SO good i just had to tell somebody.

perfect amount of toppings, evenly spread across the whole thing, the tostada inside isn’t soggy, i made a lot of modifications and they didn’t miss a single thing, the outside is perfectly crisp. far and away the best taco bell experience i’ve ever had

Just met the GM of the store the other day, she was very kind and knows how to run the store. I had heard horror stories before of how terrible it was to go there. This place is killing it, the staff is extremely professional and proficient at gett the right orders out quickly even when a big drive thru line. If you want taco bell, do not fear this place is amazing!!

Great service. I’m not sure who the lady was who helped us today was amazing. If she’s not the manager she needs to be. District manager would be even better. She will make a difference. She cares about her customers and their food. I appreciate her very much.

Last couple times I've ate there it's been pretty good but before it was terrible service was always low but lately it's gotten a lot better and I commend them for that and the employees

I was having a rough day today and I wanted something fast and tasty. I usually go for Taco Bell. I’m not local here to Minot as I travel for work, but I stopped at this Taco Bell for dinner. They really went above and beyond for me today and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. So much fire sauce! It really made my day better. Thank you so much Minot Taco Bell!

The food is great and the store is clean, but there was an extended amount of wait time. Probably due to new staff and they said they just had a huge huge carry-out order. All in all it's worth the wait
