This place is a staple of South jersey. They serve up great burgers and milkshakes exactly as you would want a classic roadside dairy bar to do. I love this place. Delicious! If you are in the mood for burgers and shakes eat here!

Pretty decent old school type fast food. The cheesesteak I had was very good. I also got a couple of the foot long dogs, very tasty. And the shake was incredible! I would stop by again if I'm in the area.

It lived up to the other reviews. The pulled pork cheese fries were incredible. I had the double cheese burger with bacon, loaded. It was fantastic! My wife had the single and it was just as good. Good people, great service, airy atmosphere. Well worth it. We'll be back often.

Best burgers!! The pulled pork french fries are a devilishly delicious meal as well. Definitely save your visit here for your cheat day if you like to watch what you eat. Oh, and the dipping sauce that comes with the onion rings is not to missed. They also have a huge variety of ice cream flavors. Their milkshakes are so thick that you need to eat them with a spoon sometimes. Highly recommend stopping in for a bite to eat.

After 40+ years of driving by, today I finally stopped! I ordered a hamburger and onion rings. I don't eat bread, so it was pretty plain, but it was good! Big, cooked nicely, not overdone. You can't mess up onion rings, they we're real onions, not chopped. The petal sauce was really good. I will definitely stop again!

The Olympia has some of the best milkshakes around. My favorite is the orange creamsicle. Great selection of custard and hand dipped ice cream. Their food is awesome too. The BBQ pulled pork fries are delicious and extremely unhealthy for you. Better call your cardiologist before eating this! All kidding aside, this is so excellent comfort food. The only drawback is that they are closed on Sundays, due to being owned by the Lapps, who have roots in the Pennsylvania Dutch community. Not a bad thing, but if you happen to be driving back from the Jersey shore on Sunday, no ice cream for you. Open every other day though.

This place is a timewarp! Sit at the counter and get a good old fashioned greasy-spoon burger with a malted milk shake. Their rib and brisket specials are delicious, if capricious. Their soft serve is also very good. Definitely check them out!

I've been going to Lapp's for years now. They have the best pulled pork in the area and the service is always quick. This kinda place is getting hard to find anymore but it's well worth stopping by for a house burger(topped with pulled pork) and a shake.

Some folks bandy about the term "classic." This place is truly and American classic. In the midst of a few farms and adjacent to a farm stand it reminds you of days when interstates didn't exist. The food was fast and hit the spot. Excellent softserve shakes, burgers, and just what you'd expect. Friendly folks and a very clean building. A little outdoor seating. Stop in and enjoy a bit of classic Americana.

Great little roadstop for great ice cream and good burgers. It's a bit of a landmark with its giant signs, but the actual food is burgers and hot dogs. On the other side of the building, away from normal food, there is a wide variety of ice cream, custards, and milkshakes which are really good. Definitely worth it to go get some ice cream even if you aren't getting any other food.

Best milk shakes in SJ. You need to try their pulled pork cheese fries...worth the price and few extra pounds around the belly. Just need bigger straws for shakes.
They also have a place to eat at Cowtown...good eats there too!!

We drive 45 minutes from Newark, DE. Well worth the drive!

Old style Dairy Bar. All food is prepared fresh with meats from the family's butcher shop. You won't get prepackaged anything. Nothing is frozen unless you're looking for ice cream. Very friendly staff with food priced fairly. Well worth stopping in!

This place is amazing! The staff are super friendly. The food is awesome no matter what you get. If you're in the area this is a must go to place to eat.

This place is seasonal but when it's open you need to go. Best burgers anywhere. Like those you used to get at that local burger place when you were in school. And don't forget to get a shake right next door. Just go, you'll be glad you did.

On the way back from Cowtown Rodeo my family and I stopped in and all had some of the best burgers we have ever had alone with such a friendly atmosphere. That’s Jeff for running such an awesome establishment.

I had one of the best burgers there yesterday! And went back Sunday didn’t know they were closed on Sunday . Definitely will be back next Saturday
