Burger King

Last month on a trip home we ate at Burger King, the girl that waited on us was so pleasant. It was nice to see her pleasant smile again on this trip home. I think her name was Jalissa? It's always nice to see a pleasant smile when traveling. 3/31/24 @4:34

I must specifically mention Frank. He goes above and beyond. I Doordashed and part of my order was 4 DOUBLE cheeseburgers. It came and was regular cheeseburgers. I called the store to complain (I did yell, but apologized). Frank took my order and address and brought the corrected food to me himself. He was a very sweet and kind man. Amazing service, this man deserves 100 raises.

I brought my kids for a quick meal and the employeds were so nice to them. They brought them crowns and chatted with them while we waited for our food. Our food was hot and did not take long at all. I thank you all for being so friendly.

Frank was amazing and made my life so much easier. I warned him I had a big order and he reviewed the order wjth me. When it came out, he made it so much easier for me to carry out! Props to him especially and his team :)

The service in the actual building is outstanding; so welcoming. Be nice in the drive thru because many people aren't.

Good deals burgers better than McDonald's lol very clean employees are respectful they try their best they just need to learn what it truly means to know how to hustle in a rush and be versatile. Yet that's with all fast food places.

I LOVE this evening staff at this BK.
They are SO nice. I mean, really surprisingly nice AND patient. I have honestly never had any kind of issue or complaint with this shift at this restaurant. Whatever they are doing, it works.

Chicken sandwich and nuggets are Amazing. I had a great experience with one of the employees. Her name is Amberly. The manager needs to let her train the other employees regarding customer service. She's very pleasent and polite. She needs to be recognized for doing an awesome job.

Very accommodating and friendly. Service was not slow which is a good thing. Food was great.

I work here, and i am quite picky about my food service so I will review this place as an employee and a person who eats here off the clock. I have high expectations about any place i dine at. Common mistakes I get annoyed about is rude people, filthy common areas, and food that is dry...yes dry sandwiches and food that's prepared the way i didn't order it. As an employee: The managers that I encounter on a day to day basis are awesome. They truly care about the customers and give me a reason to share in that common goal. Some of those people are Donna, Daryl, David and Denise. I will admit the work is more than what people can see from the outside looking in. As a person who eats here when not on the clock and before I started working here: The bathrooms are pristine! It's crazy that their restroom is clean and very cute. The lobby is usually clean and decent. The service is fast and the food is great. Occasionally the drive thru gets a little backed up. But i would rate it 4.5 stars all the way around.

Line moves much faster than it used to. Food is great. Glad to see the store improving!

The 1 cent burger was one of the best promos. One evening there were about 10 cars passing by McDonald's across the street to activate the coupon then through the drive through at Burger King. Whoppers are great. Their chicken nuggets are the best deal and have improved a lot. Who can beat 10 nuggets for a dollar?

Food is always very good even when they are busy food quality is still high.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Food was freshly cooked and the fries were expertly cooked with a healthy amount of salt. Everything was grear. First time we ate at BK in many years. They did good by us today at the Pennsville NJ location. Only downside was there were no trash cans outside anywhere near the picnic area or anywhere near the entrance. Good job today on the food BK
