Nice, modern hotel. Requested room on the higher floor - we got it. Two big beds - very comfy! We slept so well. Small fridge in the room and lots of storage space.
Clean and big bathroom. Big TV with a lot of channels. Aircon very strong. Bus stop to New York Times Square two minutes walk away, with frequent buses. No shops around so bare that in mind.

My husband and I were looking for a hotel during the construction of our new house. We stayed in this hotel for a week Everything was great, so we decided to extend our staying for another 4 weeks. The hotel is clean and quiet. Some weekends it can be really busy but this is very normal as the location is very convenient.

One person in particular was great - Berna in sales. Thank you for being kind, polite and helpful to us.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and looked nee. The breakfast buffet was especially great. Above average food and great service from Senaida and others. She saw us filling hot water and helped us to fill it faster. We also saw someone taking initiative to help an elderly couple to clear their table. We would definitely come back.

We loved our stay here. Our family had a few rooms, even though there were a few HIgh School groups here, we did not hear them and the staff prioritize regular guests. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Senaiola Ana was amazing. She interacted with my kids and made sure were were being taken care of. She remembered us each day and continued the conversations from the day before.

First of all the valet parkers were very well organized and quick to respond to any need. Second of all the rooms were a beauty. I want to thank the hotel for providing this great stay. It is an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any needs or questions. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and restful atmosphere. The hotel amenities, including the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, are a nice bonus that adds value to the stay. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

My family stayed in a room on and off for a few weeks while we had a family member in the hospital. Everything was great - the booking process, rooms, breakfast, gym, service, etc. One person in particular was especially wonderful - Senaida. She talked to my 2 year old daughter, brought her crayons and a plate to draw on, and was very friendly to my family and me. My daughter gave her a big hug before we left breakfast that day. Thank you Senaida!

Dimitri met me with a smile during check-in and helped me with a wifi issue. The two valet attendants were super friendly and helpful as well. Room is great. Comfortable bed l.

I don't know where to start. A complementary valet service, awesome amenities including pool, huge gym for hotel standards and a great breakfast perfectly located outside of NYC but close enough to get anywhere quickly. You have a customer for life.

Very pleasant stay. Everything was perfect. Senaida, Yuri and Ana were very pleasant and kind and helpful. They helped me and my little daughter enjoy our breakfast. I would highly recommend everyone. Best wishes to everyone

We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Teaneck/Glenpointe and were very pleased. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. I spoke with Pearla on the phone to get a quote and she was so helpful and assisted me in pricing different Hampton Inn locations. Angie received us when we arrived and she could not have been more friendly, polite and efficient. The location and parking were easy to access, the room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and the continental breakfast was delicious. If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to return to this Hampton Inn & Suites. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Had a hotel sleepover for my daughter here so they would have the pool and breakfast. The hotel was careful to ensure I had a room near hers. They do offer adjoining rooms with some notice, but this was a last minute decision. The rooms were clean and the area was convenient. There are beverages available around the clock in the lobby. I’d definitely come again or book for family.

I absolutely love this hotel it’s my go to when I need to stay for work purposes. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are always clean.

We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Location is convenient near highway and 25 minutes drive to Manhattan places to visit. Free valet parking. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and quiet.

My staycation here at Hampton Inn Teaneck with my husband was amazing! If you have the Hilton Honors App, from checking in/ out, getting a garage & room key was the smoothest process for me. Breakfast was hot & ready. The view from my room was amazing! I highly recommend!

Amazing hotel. The staff were very friendly and nice to us the entire time. The rooms and halls were clean, and my room was very organized, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was pretty good. TIP: Come to breakfast early because it is a big hotel and it can get very busy from 8:00 - 9:30am if you go around 6:00 - 7:30am, it won't be busy. The hotel is right off the highway which means you have good access to the area around you. Here are some things to be aware of. 1. City view rooms will always be 1- 3 rooms over from the elevator. 2. You have to pay for parking in their parking. Or you can park across the street for free. 3. breakfast is open from 6 - 10am

Overall my experience at this hotel was great. Check-in was quick and painless and the front desk receptionist was a pleasure. There were multiple parking spaces available (away from others) which I appreciated. The TV was very large and had enough channels for entertainment purposes. Breakfast was decent, I longed for bacon but there were other accommodations which sufficed. I selected a king size room and it came with a nice window view (of the highway, but I didn’t mind. Just needed the natural light). My room was cleaned and bed was cozy, which was great. However, I didn’t love the bathroom shower. I noticed that while the doors were slid closed, water would still trickle out and have the floor very wet. This of course dried up by the morning but, had it been more than my guest and I, I could see this being more concerning as far as maintenance — at least in the late night hours where housekeeping isn’t available till the morning. Another comment is that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. Not sure if this was on the listing so I could’ve just selected a room without them, but while it did come with a fridge and storage space a microwave would’ve been nice in the event I ordered food and wanted to dine later. Nonetheless, I chose not to make stars off for this review because outside of the two comments, I have nothing bad to say about my room or my 2- night stay. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel, very clean and updated. Rooms were nice and roomy. Had a great view of NYC from my window. Breakfast was good, lots of seating. Tables weren’t clean but it was really busy.l just took a disinfect wipe and cleaned it off no big deal. The FREE valet parking was the biggest win for this hotel. Not only was parking free but they offered free valet parking and I truly respect this that they weren’t trying to nickel and dime you. Valet was very friendly and efficient had multiple people working. We would get in super late at night. They were very grateful when you gave them a tip. They texted you a link to text them when your ready for your vehicle back and that was super helpful and made things run so smoothly. My vehicle was always ready when I went down. The laundry was what was a miss for me, they have laundry on two floors both on the Homewood side, the laundry rooms were not very clean and kinda gross could of just not been cleaned recently. Washed our clothes two different loads and the washer never did the spin cycle. Upon washing it multiple times and then drying it multiple times and waisting a lot of money it still wouldn’t dry. I ended up having to take a big trash bag of soaking laundry to the laundry mat in the area to wash and dry. This definitely delayed my day. We were on week two of traveling with kids and moved to a Hampton to get laundry done. In NYC you can’t find laundry service in the hotels. The front desk was very kind and she offered me a discount on my bill to reimburse me for the laundry situation. The fridge in the room also didn’t work and that was a bummer due to my $2,000 medication having to be refrigerated but I caught it in time that it didn’t ruin it. We check out and moved to the Homewood side the next day due to availability, the third day we moved back to the Hampton side as we had to extend our stay. The new room the fridge worked great and the room was also clean and nice. So just think I hit a bad fridge the first night. There is no food options in the area that we could find so plan accordingly if you need to eat. If your crossing over from NYC and returning to NYC it gets extremely pricey as you have to pay $17 to cross the bridge. We had to do this daily because our trip was planned for NYC so it added up but worth it to me to stay at the property. After a few nights in NYC I needed to get away from the loudness and craziness to rest and this was a great place to get that. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. The free parking and valet is amazing. As HH diamond I have never received free valet parking at the hundreds of properties I’ve stayed out.

Perfect, quick one night stay. As a Diamond Honors member they were nice enough to give me a larger studio King room which was quiet (facing away from the highway) and peaceful. Had an issue with the AC not cooling which was promptly repaired. I'll definitely ask my company to book here again when I'm in the area for work.
My only gripe is if you want to self-park, you have to use the Marriott lot across the street. Don't know why they aren't allowing self-parking in their own 3 level garage.

Very clean very modern hotel. Rooms have great amenities, lots of TV channels and movie channels. Breakfast in the morning, secure parking garage. Using the Hilton app is awesome, everything's done through the app from keys to check in to check out. Very comfortable beds pillows and rooms.
