Wait was not long, waitress was super friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere.
Food was absolutely delicious.
We started with the fried calamari. It was fresh and delicious. Didn't have the octopus in it but can't say it took away anything from how good it was

I had the steak Diane with chicken.
I asked for medium rare and it was cooked to perfection.

My wife enjoyed the grilled Salmon in which I tasted and it to was delicious.

As full as we were, we couldn't resist desert
We both chose the carrot cake. Took a couple of bites but was too full and had to ask to take it home for it was to good to leave behind.
A couple of hours later, ate it up.
Yum yum

Can't wait to return.

I never doubt Cheesecake Factory for its excellence and quality. I come inside, get a table and was greeted with such nice staff who are attentive and helpful.

I got the food and wow! I gotta say that it was pasta I’ve have not had before. The seasoning and the taste of it was just spectacular. Something I would definitely order again.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was cool! The music and the lighting really felt like a really expensive restaurant. The design of it always makes it feel like you’re at an Italian restaurant someone in LA or New York.

This is a restaurant I would recommend to coming to and to have some really good food, I would recommend for a dinner, not really for a lunch though.

Stopped by Cheesecake Factory for Happy hour. The appetizers are under $10. We ordered the sliders (4) , Mac and cheese balls (4) and the crab wontons . All three were delicious and service was prompt and friendly. . Thank you !!!

We've been coming here for years, and this place never disappoints. Here are some pictures of what we had this past Mother's Day weekend.

We enjoy their selection of food which has a variety of options and is affordable. The service has been great as well where the staff has been attentive and accommodating. And the venue is spacious and has a good ambience for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. The take out service is good, too.. quick and easy ordering online and timely pickup when ready.

I and the family recently had the pleasure of dining at The Cheesecake Factory, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. Large and tasty menu portions and delectable cheesecakes were devoured. The restaurant lived up to its reputation.

This is my first time in the last 10 years visiting The Cheesecake Factory and it would not have been my first, second or even third pick of a restaurant but I must say everything was quite good - food, drinks, service and overall dining experience and I can see why people call The Cheesecake Factory their favorite.

Expect a short wait during busy times and weekends. Regarding reservations, You can make reservations online for parties of six or more but for larger parties you can only show up and wait.

We had a party of seven and did not have a long wait.

The menu is enormous, like two times as much reading when compared to a diner menu and there is no comparison.

If possible I would even recommend glancing at the menu before your visit. You do not need to commit it to memory as this would be near impossible but it will give you a sense of what is available and what you might like to order without reading through the menu when you arrive.

Servers seem very experienced and calm and handled service flawlessly.

All the food was very good, no complaints. Portions are quite large (at least for me) and we had left overs we took home for every dish.

Deserts are a specialty here, you will think you have no room left for dessert but you will so go ahead and order it. I was surprised to find the desserts quite light and not over sweet - perfect in my book.

I went for a birthday party and one of the slices of cake came out with Happy Birthday written in chocolate sauce on the plate - what a nice touch to make our visit memorable.

I also observed an actual chef - complete in his whites with temperature gauges and other devices in his pocket helping and guiding other staff to quickly clear and set tables. A sign of a well run restaurant even if it is a chain.

This is a pretty enormous place, I think it is meant to feel like a large industrial factory with large columns. It's quite glittery with ceiling lamps and warm and somewhat dimmish lighting but I think it helps to make it feel both cozy and glitzy at the same time.

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere, wonderful service, and of course, great food

This place is an exceptional experience. Large variety of food and also very kid-friendly. Service is consistently top-notch and the ambience is comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This was my second time coming this year & I have to say both times was a great experience. The waitress was attentive and made sure we was good. I had the grilled salmon & my friend had the jerk chicken & shrimp and both dishes was sooooo good. I also had the Linda’s fudge chocolate which was amazing. I went an hour before closing.

The experience here was awesome! The service was excellent and the food was great. The menu has a long list of dishes and dessert 😋 that I wanna try, so I will definitely be coming back!

Had an awesome Sunday brunch, thanks to Branch! Booked a reservation online so there was no wait time, food & drinks were great, and service was top-tier. All around excellent experience!

Never a disappointment at The Cheesecake Factory in Hackensack! Excellent and prompt service, and I really enjoyed the Macaroni & Cheese Burger with Sweet Potato Fries. For dessert, I tried the Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake, and it was one of the best cheesecakes I've tasted, and I was absolutely blown away. I will definitely be visiting again!

I’ve came to this location 2 to 3 times, last time was this past weekend.

The service is pretty good and the wait times are not as long as other locations I’ve visited.

Food is always cooked to perfection and they make no mistakes with your order nor do they forget about any details in regards your food.

Love this location!! Probably my favorite one!!!

This is more than a restaurant, it is a multi-faceted performative masterpiece. From beginning to end, an overload of sensory stimulation - we spectators (or more precisely, participants, since we are all both audience and actors in this show) are constantly close to being overwhelmed, but always right before we fall, the careful orchestration manages to catch us in comforting familiarity.
A fascinating and truly impressive experience. 10/10

Extensive American menu with lots of yummy sounding appetizers, salads, sandwiches and dinner dishes. Their signature Cheesecake, of course, as well as other tempting deserts. Generous portions. Nice warm feeling atmosphere with a lot of booths. Would call it cozy except the place is huge. Has a court yard dining area off the mall concourse as well as an outside patio area.
We had very good service for our lunch and the food (see photos ) was delicious. Recently relocated, they are now in the back of the mall next to Mortons steakhouse and Barnes & Noble.

I had an Amazing Experience🎊! Excellent variety of foods, love the cocktail that I had. The food was excellent! Ordered Desert for my mother and myself. Awesome customer service👍🏿!

Marissa (i apologize is name is spelt wrong) was our host for the evening. it was me and my boyfriends first real date since we’ve been busy with our one year old. she was absolutely helpful and a great host. i order calamari and it came with one lemon. i was going to ask for more but marissa immediately came up to up to us and asked if we wanted more lemons right away. i know it’s such a little detail but it was absolutely amazing that she came out of her way and just asked us that. she also saw my boyfriends sprite looked a little watery and got him a new sprite without asking. once again such little details but it really makes a great service and experience. was not disappointed at all with service. food was good great portions. bread was crunchy that some people may not like but i loved lol. as a 18 year old mother i loved marissa’s service so deeply and made my first date back from giving birth so just better. thank you marissa!! i tipped her 15 on the card and 10 in cash and she almost looked like she was gonna tear up. she deserves so much more, but sadly i’m not rich :( once again amazing !
