A must go, when looking for furniture.. we've always found great items. They offer a free designer service - lady sits on the second floor - will visit your home by appointment and will work with you to plan your decor and get you set up.. not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for!

We received INCREDIBLE service at Arhaus Riverside Square from soup to nuts: management, design, sales, visual and delivery teams. A special shout-out to Olena who went above and beyond with her impeccable taste, exceptional customer service, responsiveness by phone and texts (even on her days off) to make adjustments, recommendations & changes as needed. Well beyond point of sale, she kept the “white gloves” on! Look for her in the showroom, you won’t be disappointed, she is elegant, kind and efficient 👌 thank you!

I had the most AMAZING experience with Arhaus Hackensack. I live in Texas and had to replace a vase that broke. Hackensack had one more vase in stock after it was discontinued and agreed to ship it to me. Andrea was so helpful and sweet with our situation. Our vase was packaged tight and arrived from New Jersey to Texas in one piece! Thank you to Andrea and her team for showing such care and compassion to us!

I have recently chosen Arhaus to furnish, more than 90% of my newly purchased condo in Manhattan.
I would like to thank Sam Ramirez, the sales representative at the Hackensack store, who has orchestrated my entire process and made it extremely pleasant and less stressful. Thanks go to Michelle, interior designer, who arranged for the glamorous finishing touches of my furniture order.
The delivery was prompt and exceeding expectations, done by FGO Logistics.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my choice for Arhaus to be the high-end furniture store option for my home.

If you want to buy quality furniture that looks amazing, people will continually compliment, and will be durable… then you should buy from Arhaus. I have purchased both full interior living (last year) and most recently outdoor lanai furniture, around 15 pieces altogether. I could not have completed these enormous spaces without the assistance of designer Michelle Centrella. She is so incredibly nice and amazingly straightforward. She takes your ideas, and gently molds them into the most functional and classy spaces. Every person that enters our home compliments every piece individually and as a whole, from the selection of living room sofas, to the fabric and color choice. The recently purchased outdoor furniture was designed specifically for our space and makes our lanai look like it belongs in a resort.
Michelle is truly a gem to work with and I highly recommend seeking her out for your design needs.
Lastly, I also wanted to thank manager Massi Hafizi, who also went above and beyond to ensure our recent purchases were to our satisfaction and remedied any issues we had immediately and courteously.

Specialty store with a selection of both indoor and outdoor furnishings. I especially was interested in items for upgrading my patio. Arturo showed us a variety of fabrics and frames and provided an individualized plan. Overall rating is excellent.

High quality furniture and home furnishings. Super large store with two levels and a tremendous selection. Interesting and pleasing to the eye displays. With high quality and superior design also comes premium prices. Friendly, but low keyed staff.

The display is inviting, so we went in and walked around. Armond was quick to greet us and willing to answer our questions even after we told him that we were months out from making a purchase. We will look for him when we return.

This is a beautiful home furniture store, we loved just about everything in Arhaus. Employees are very friendly and informative. They really know their stuff. We will definitely buy our home furnishings from Arhaus.
