Great store. My son got a book as a gift and we returned it for store credit. They were very friendly and flexible about it. I would have gotten something else at the same time as the exchange but they had so much choice I didn’t know what to get!

I bought a hot plate here a few weeks ago. It burned out after just a few uses. I had lost my receipt so I was nervous about going back in, but the store was so incredibly helpful. They didn't ask for a receipt and let me exchange for a new hotplate.

Judaica house is always distinguished itself but the quality of its customer service. I've been shopping there for close to two decades and have never failed to walk away from there satisfied. They have an excellent selection of Judaica and are very knowledgeable about the things they have in stock as well as the broader market. If they don't have something they will get it. Their prices are competitive. I highly recommend them.

Good selection of everything from books to mezuzot, to kippot. EXCELLENT customer service. If they don't have something they will give it for you. They know their inventory and are great at making recommendations even if you give them very sketchy information about what you are looking for. Highly recommend!

I found their web site searching for a sefer. I was looking for a particular sefer that my grandson asked me for. It came well packed and quickly to me so that I could inscribe it and then send it to him. I live in Phoenix, so I'm not likely to set foot in the store.Thanks.

I have always found them to be knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Always a pleasure to come in, even when they are busy, to do business with them.

They have a wonderful variety of books, Judaic staples, and the staff is very helpful.
