Great USPS! Yanitza is the reason I go to this post office. She’s always super helpful and friendly.

Excellent service and location. Also sells gift and greeting cards for last minute shoppers! Wonderful people, fast and friendly!

The line is always shorter than Westwood and everyone is extremely friendly!

Short wait if any, good service

Staff needs to improve on their customer service.

My husband and I have had several unpleasant experiences here since a change in staff. I dread going there & avoid it if possible
Once a teller with very long nails told me I was rude because I put coins on the counter (rather than in her hand) while I got paper $ from my wallet
Then another occasion when my husband was told they only take cash if it’s exact change
& recently I was yelled at because I was giving her the money before she was finished her transaction on computer
I Just prefer not to go there anymore

The woman closing the store on 12/28/2021 5pm was actually yelling at an older gentleman in line ahead of me about his credit card chip not reading. “it’s 5:01” I gotta go!!!” (Was yelling at the man and myself for a few minutes prior) And then proceeded to close the metal gate at the desk on top of the older gentleman’s head. And then came up front to yell at him even more. Then proceeded to forcefully take my package out of my hands and ripped it open and gave me my item back and told me to get out. Very abusive. Will not be coming back.

This post office used to provide very quick and extremely friendly service until they changed the staff about 5-6 weeks ago. The new lady is another story...i have been there twice since the change of staff and never went back...
