The people working here were insanely nice and so helpful when I mistakenly applied the wrong label to a package. They helped track it down and fix the issue quickly. It was very much appreciated.

Today's service was excellent. One soft spoken employee assisted me with selecting the service I would use to send my package. He directed me to fill out a label. His name was something short possibly Tim. I stepped away from the counter to take my time to fill out my label. And returned to the line to be taken by another employee. Allison helped pick up where I left off with the previous worker. She was efficient. She even applied tape over the label to ensure it would not be damaged. (I had come prepared with a roll of packing tape and a scissor in my bag. Unfortunately, I forgot. So I was very pleased she took the extra step to cover the label for me.) After asking if there was anything else I could be helped with, I was sent on my way.

I'm thankful both employees were pleasant and helpful.

I visited yesterday and I have to say that Alison was so helpful and her customer service skills are amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me and my son. Will visit again!

I love this location way better than the Odell Ave post office who lost an entire shipment of my books on April 16th. But the location at CPE is way more efficient and my shipments are smooth and drama free now. I enjoy going there. Hi Allison and Iris. : )

I find everyone who works here friendly & helpful. Sometimes there's a line, but the lines are everywhere! I've always had a really nice experience here. Some of the workers are wonderful !

While I always get great service from staff at CENTUCK Yonkers; today was beyone belief! I like to "reuse" padded envelopes and today I had a Priority Mail Flatrate padded envelope I was trying to "re-use" with a return sticker, I printed from home. Tom calmly and patiently explained one cannot "re-use" "Priority" envelopes unless the return sticker has a P. Mine did not; of course I went bananas. Tom, on the otherhand, was unruffled. He said he would help me get the sticker off the Priority evelope and put it on a "Plain" padded envelope. Now mind you, I tapped and stapled this thing up like it was going to Antarctica. Tom's calm demeanor did not change as he carefully wrestled with the Priority envelope using the tools he had at hand. Then he gingerly reafixed the label to the new, plain envelope and gave it to me in order for me to personally swap out the contents I was returning. The care, kindness, basic respect and service level of Tom was remarkable. People like Tom should be called out. They exude a level of service that is RARE in our modern world.

My favorite post office in Yonkers. The staff are the best. They are always willing to help me out with mistakes made on postage. Definitely the best USPS center in Yonkers.

One of the few NY post offices where you can actually have a pleasant experience. I always find the staff very helpful and friendly.
