McMenamins Highland Pub & Brewery

Excellent food. Great service. Eclectic Atmosphere. A local treasure. I ❤ the hard cider. I eat keto so I took the bun off of my burger.

I was told by my 6 yr old son to give this place a one star review. He was severely disappointed that his hamburger from the kids menu was a kids sized hamburger (who would have ever think?!). Anyway, the service was great, the food was great (as always) and the atmosphere was awesome.

Had a very good time here. The staff was so friendly and the drinks were amazing and I will definitely be returning ❤ and the dips for the fries were especially good.

Great service and good food, I'm on a special diet right now and they were able to accommodate my needs. The picture is of one of the three Italian chandeliers McMenamins acquired, the other two are in the Crystal Ballroom. It is absolutely stunning.

We love this place, whether for a lunch meet up or for a dinner date. The food and drinks are always delicious, and the servers are always kind. Highly recommend the Cajun tots and pretzel sticks with cheese fondue, 15/10. 😂 I swear.

Service was wonderful! Food was hot and delicious. I had the backyard burger with a gluten free bun.

So.... this was my first time at McMenamins! Such a fun and exciting spot to eat! Our server was awesome and explained the drink menu and Happy hour options. We had such a great experience. Food came really fast! And was absolutely delicious!! I would highly recommend this spot, I'm so sorry I didn't get our servers name but her hair was Green and she was perfect! Really nice to our kids and kept checking in on us. I really appreciate a great server it really made the experience top notch! Will definitely be returning!

Tony waited on us & the food tasted extra good tonight. He was nice & friendly! 🍔 The food is always good here! Atmosphere is nice. We were able to eat inside tonight. As it was rainy tonight. Recommend the happy hour menu. The food & service is always great! We appreciate how fast they got us our food!

Just went with a whole high school baseball team on a Sunday afternoon. I can't say enough about the staff. They are short staffed like everyone else but took care of our large group so well, water and drinks out quick and food much faster than expected. Everyone enjoyed a great meal between games because they did such an amazing job.

Great McMenamins on the East side, super friendly staff, with the typical menu as other locations.

I went to #1. Chill/Relax #2. Get a bit of food #3. Get some online study modules done #4. Fill the growler I had & never used. Got ALL 4 done! Had the sliders & Half Caesar salad: Cider & Irish stout. All great.

The food was great!! Our waiter informed us that our food wouldn't be out for a few more minutes just cause of the fact that the other cook was on break and they only had one cook in the kitchen. I love that he let us know instead of making us just wait for food without knowing that there's only one chef.

I haven't had the chance to go inside and check out the place. However, the outdoor seating area they have is pretty relaxed, the tables are all very well distanced from one another and you get a pretty big area of shade under each table, which is nice especially when the sun in blistering your skin in 100 degree weather. The service is very good, they're very friendly and also polite- meaning if you're in the middle of a serious conversation they will stand back and will try to get your attention without disrupting your conversation. Though, in my personal opinion, if a waiter approaches the table I feel it would be very rude to just ignore them and have them wait on you to finish talking. On top of them being friendly, polite, attentive and not messing up orders, they also come to your table much more frequently than in most area's. Despite it being in a strip mall near a major intersection, it is STILL pretty relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Most of the McMenamins food experiences I have had have been pretty average or not very good. This location is the best by far! The food is always fresh and tasty, the servers are quick and friendly and there is almost never a wait. Highland Pub is a hidden gem in the weeds of Gresham. I just wish that the Truck Stop Burger special was always on the menu. It's delicious every time!!

I'm so glad it's getting nice enough to eat at my local McMenamins' outside tables! They still have great food, but I noticed they now have a lot more super delicious beer and cider options, which of course makes me happy. The service there yesterday was great, and some of the same staff are still there. I will visit as frequently as I can to continue supporting them. Oh, and we saw a sign for weekly growler specials, so I'm gonna get mine filled soon.

My first time in this location. Inviting atmosphere, great beer, and amazing service from Joy and Cassie. Plus, the pretzels and ale fondue are addictive. Will 100% return. Nice job everybody!
