Needed to find a new seat for my Tundra. Called and spoke with Jalyssa a few moments ago. She asked me a few questions and had my seat on its way from California within 5 minutes, and a great price, 85 bucks. She also said that she would call and email me once the seat is ready to be picked up. This was the most pleasant experience that I have had on the phone in quite some time. I will definetely be calling you guys again; You rock Jalyssa!

Great place to find sticks of chewing gum, loose change, individual French fries. And if that's not enough, lots of cars, trucks and SUVs etc. Waiting for you to extract the parts for your vehicle at the lowest price possible.
Terribly sorry, I meant to review the automotive wrecking yard next door, I don't know how that happened, but I'm a regular customer of LKQ Who have the best quality professional grade automotive paints and coating products for below retail prices and staff that really know what they are selling, and happy to answer any questions novices like myself may have, without the hey you're not a pro vibe that happens at other places. I am sure the same goes for their parts department too,

LKQ Foster is a Premier parts supplier, every time we order a part it is the right one and in great shape. Ordered a transmission just last week and it worked perfectly upon installing it. The price was much less than other wrecking yards and it was delivered within a day. This is great because we are in Washington nearly 200 miles away. Nothing but good praise for this company

Purchased a pair of axles for my Jeep. They were able to find a pair that fit my needs and shipped them from other locations quite quickly. Their service was excellent and they were happy to help source parts and answer questions.

It’s winter time and of course my battery died, I heard from a buddy that lkq has cheap ones. Not only did I leave with a brand new interstate battery for only $50!!! (With trade-in of my old battery) I also ordered the Arm rest for my center console that I have needed forever! The man and women behind the counter were very helpful and informative.

I very unexpectedly had to give up my car (wasn't worth fixing) and it was suggested I call LKQ Foster Auto Parts to come pick up my car/buy from me. I had called 3 places prior and LKQ gave me $100 more than the others quoted. The people on the phone were friendly and walked me through the whole process (including leaving my car for a pick up the next day--and doing it in a way I felt good/safe about it). They called to confirm when the car had been picked up (by my request), and called again to let me know that my check was ready to be picked up (for the amount quoted on the phone) with exchange of the title. Today I brought the title in and was in and out in about 5-10 minutes with my check in my hands. Again, nothing but friendly customer service.

Bought a rebuilder from these guys, service was awesome! Crystal at the desk was the best part of the whole transaction. She knew what she was doing and gave me tons of help to get me an awesome car for a great price. Take your business here people, and go see Crystal.

My parked car was hit and my rear axle beam was bent and the car totaled. The auto shop was going to charge $900 for the part plus $400-500 labor. LKQ sold me the axle beam for $90, yes 1/10 the price. They said they would have it shipped to the store of my choosing and it would be a day or 2. They told me to call to confirm delivery, I called and it was there. Went to pick it up and it was waiting for me as they said it would, it cost what I was quoted and the part was correct. Smooth transaction.

I have been buying auto parts from here for 7 years. They are always helpful, kind, and knowledgeable!! Several times they have located a part for me from a different yard. Justin Krigbaum and the other employees go above and beyond. I will always call LKQ Fosters first! Thank you

A Very Happy Ending Story!
I once ordered a brake booster for my Prius from LKQ FAP. After four repeated attempts and waiting anxiously for over ten frustrating days, they kept failing to get me the correct part. Each time when I would call, I was put on hold for a very long period of time. I was forced to listen to those on-going messages over and over as to how much they value and appreciate my business etc..etc.. For such a simple part, I had to deal with three different counter man. For some reason, they couldn’t get me the right part. They kept saying that they didn't do anything wrong and how it wasn't their fault and unfortunately I had to listen to the excuses for not having the correct part. This was much more than what I had bargained for. My patience finally ran out and I thought, enough is enough. I decided to contact the General Manager, to share my experience.

When I tried to contact the General Manager, the call was answered by Crystal Shimmin. She asked me since GM was unavailable, if she could be of any help to me. Having gone through such a poor experience, I must admit, I wasn’t too friendly in the beginning of the conversation, but unlike others I noticed that she was genuinely interested in helping me. With her charm, she convinced me to let her look into the mater, which I was most skeptical about. I had absolutely no hope whatsoever in getting anything accomplished through this woman.

To my surprise, an hour later I had received an Email from her showing the exact description and photo of the part that I had been waiting for all this time, she assured me to have the part in, by tomorrow. The next day I went in and I was surprised that she got me the correct part that I have been waiting for, for almost two weeks. I couldn’t believe it!

I told many of my friends about my experience with Crystal Shimmin at LKQ FAP, and now, I would like others to know about my story. She got what I needed in a timely manner. Her ability to communicate and articulate with customers is truly fantastic. Crystal makes the experience of getting parts so much easier. She is most pleasant to deal with, very professional, genuinely helpful, friendly and she has a great deal of knowledge. She is the type of person that is always willing to go the extra mile to help the customer. Yes of course, she accomplished what three other guys couldn't do for almost two weeks.

Finally, Crystal Shimmin stands out in every aspect when it comes to customer service,she is smart, hard working and efficient. Congratulations LKQ FAP, for having such a great employee.

Everyone there is great. Jennifer, who helped me, was kind, courteous, fast, and friendly. They helped me get the parts I needed at a great price(60% less then everywhere I tried) and even called to let me know it was in... THANKS LKQ!

We have a collision repair shop and deal with JW regularly. He is great to interact with on the phone, very professional, as well as personable, funny, and quick. He follows up and does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it. JW is very much appreciated on our end!!

I needed a tail gait for a 99 Nissan Pick up. They were not anywhere in town. These guys found one in idaho and had it shipped. Saved tons of money. Outstanding service!
