The Best place in Linn county to get all of your fasteners or any hard to find tools/consumables related to industry/industrial use. And the business is open to the public no need to have a commercial account. Knowledgeable counter staff who prioritize the customer no matter the sale. Thanks again for the great service.

I strongly believe this is the best hardware store I’ve been to. They have parts that larger hardware stores don’t carry. Prior to this I would have to get unusual fasteners online. They are very specialized and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store.

An additional thing I enjoy is that unlike other stores, the staff doesn’t bring up a different way to handle your project unless you specifically ask them for help.

Working at a mechanic shop sometimes you need an extra bolt or screw that auto parts houses don’t have in stock or carry. Every time we’ve needed something MacDonald has always carried what we needed and prepared it for pickup in a hurry! Definitely love this place!

After going to at least 10 stores looking for a matching screw for my RV, I finally found this place. Drove 45 minutes each way after reading the other reviews. I found my screws with their help in 30 seconds. Come here for your hardware needs.. they have all the screws/fasteners. Thanks guys. I'll be back

This place is great! If you need any kind of fasteners from the hardest to find screw to concrete bolts this place is going to have it in stock! The largest selection of in stock screws, bolts and other fasteners around! Don't bother with HD or Lws when this local company will have it for sure!

The kind of shop you wouldn't expect to find in a town the size of Albany, Oregon.

MacDonalds inventory not only includes every type and size of bolt, screw, nail and fastener on the planet but just about everything someone needs who works in any type of industrial field.

High end power tools, a full selection of welding supplies, cleaning agents, hard to find spare parts for lawn mowers etc.

One of their best attributes is that their prices are more than right (actual prices that aren't inflated like Lowes or Home Depot) and the staff is top notch not only in customer service but in their knowledge base and their willingness to locate the exact item that you need.

I went in once and spent $0.26 on 3 screws and was treated like I was spending $260.00!! In the end the worker took the 26 cents out of his change cup on the counter and paid my tab! I know it was only 26 cents but it's a good example of how they treat their customers.

They actually want you to be happy more than they want your money and that's the truth. I have been a loyal customer for years just because I am treated like a person or more like a friend and not like customer #401.

Obviously I can't say enough about MacDonalds and this review is not biased. I don't know anyone there first-hand nor am I related to anyone who works there. They got this awesome review because they earned it and because they deserve it!!

That have just about anything you might need and the service is spectacular.

Both from a business standpoint and a personal one, these guys are great. No need for mail order places if your are doing restoration, maintenance, or manufacturing because you can get it all here. Excellent service and an unreal selection of vast hardware and tools! Thanks Guys!

This store is awesome. If your looking for any kind of but bolt or fasteners this is the place to go. Everyone that works there knows what they are doing and gets you exactly what you need. Lately it seems they've added a lot more tools and stuff. And open on Saturday also.

Best place to get metal working and machining tools. Awesome selection of high quality drills, cutters, bits, taps, dies, etc.

Has almost any screw or bolt you could ask for. Friendly, knowledgeable and they go the extra mile. They used a micrometer to check the amount of difference in a new screw head with the one I was replacing. Now, THAT is customer service!!!
