Brendan and Emerald are so great! We’ve bought two mattresses from here now and each time has been a really smooth process. They have multiple options to talk through, they’re not pushy, and the selection is good. Also, super quick delivery times- both were delivered the next day! Tim was the best listener & guided me to the most perfect new Posh & Lavish latex mattress and power foundation. The massage was out of this world & all if it is 100% American made plus Mattress World Northwest is locally owned & operated. My girlfriend and I walked into this store with a price maximum and no knowledge of what we wanted. The employee who helped us, Brian, was the nicest, most informative, homely, and humanly salesman I have ever met. He answered every question we had, provided extra information that tickled the engineer parts of my brain and kept me engaged in receiving the information. He walked us through every mattress that was in our budget, and firmness preferences and helped us find our “Goldilocks” bed.

Best and friendliest service ever. Tim Lowery was beyond helpful when my dad needed a bed quickly. Tim helped problem solve until we found the right mattress and frame without me having to come to the store. Delivery went well and my dad is happily recovering in his new adjustable bed. What a great visit we had with Tim in the store. He answered all our questions with a smile. Helped us to understand the benefits of the two mattresses we liked. The power foundation moves your body into the perfect spot to release the pressure from your back which helps you breathe easier. Puts you into a zero gravity position that helps the blood circulate through to the legs and feet which improves body circulation.

Came in to get a new mattress and Brian showed us exactly what we were looking for. Got the chance to try 2 comfortable mattresses before landing on a perfect in-between option. We're excited to get our new set up in less than 24hrs!
