ocean and kara were super kind! very helpful people. went above and beyond, showed me all the products i was asking to see, genuinely a good vibe from the store and workers. super welcoming and non judgmental:)

I went here just to see what they had while visiting Portland. It was well lit and very organized. I was so surprised to find two toys that I've only seen online in the store and they were less money too. I was going to only get one of them but because of the price I got both. I kept looking and found more items. I asked the saleperson, Ocean,about one item and they opened it for me then showed me more items. I left spending way more money than expected but I think I'll love it all. And Ocean was an amazing salesperson. I don't live in the area but if I did this would be my go to store but I'll definitely check them out online. Wonderful experience and beautiful store.

Definitely one of my new favorite places to shop. The staff here are so sweet and helpful (shoutout to Wade & Ocean)! Their selection of lingerie is absolutely amazing.

I was not expecting to write a review of an adult store/lingerie store, but after my recent experience I feel inclined to. This store is friendly and has its items spaced far enough you can browse without feeling too close to the other shoppers, and the clerks are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I was fortunate enough to be attended by someone named Vince who gave me their honest oppinion on the items and was able to meet me where I was. Normally I don't like too much assisstence in stores like these because of aspects of upbringing, but it was different, they were friendly knowledgeable and even listened to me vent about what I was going through that day. (Honestly y'all are lucky to have them as an employee) So I left with over $100 worth of merchendise but feel as though I got enough bang for my buck. So people of google, or who ever is reading this, please consider Lovers for all your bedroom accessory needs.

Have always enjoyed this location— and have gotten great customer service. But last week I went in and met Drew. They were amazingly helpful and I instantly felt as ease and free to ask them any questions I had. Huge thanks to you Drew!!!

Vince was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products sold here. They made sure to listen to what we wanted and recommended multiple items that would suit our needs. Outstanding customer service!

Staff was so friendly and helpful, he checked in with us when we came in and showed is what we were looking for and told us if there were any questions to ask away. I was extremely comfortable asking what I was curious about and there were so many great products I’m quite impressed. I just wish I brought more money 😂

Amazing place to feel comfortable when wanting to purchase more intimate items without shame or embarrassment. Vince is AMAZING, they listen well and is great at getting you exactly what you wanted and even more. The loyalty program is great but I'll go back just to feel included while I shop for my alternate lifestyle.

I simply can not express how much I enjoy this stores selection, expertise, and kindness. They are not only knowledgeable in their products, they are there to help and answer any questions I may have (or find any old receipt I might have misplaced...)Oh, and don't get me started about the afterglow rewards... let's just say they are fantastic!

A very nice shop for buying adult toys. Clean and well lit, with no "video arcade" attached. You and your partner will will feel safe and confident shopping here.

Salespeople are knowledgeable and discreet. They provided gloves so I could inspect merchandise to help with the selection process. They also have sample testers for the lotions and lubricants.
