Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted by Bianca, who is definitely one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met when it comes to anything related to running.

Bianca was kind and patient as my wife spent almost 1.5 hours trying on shoes.

If there was anything wrong with the shoes that my wife tried on, Bianca would run to the back room and return with new styles and brands (all while effortlessly balancing them with a big smile on her face).

We both learned about the impact that shoes have on the arch, ankles, toes etc.

Bianca is not only a salesperson, but an educator for anyone that is curious about running. I highly recommend coming to this store. 11/10 experience.

Very nice place. Took my son there for his first pair of running shoes. Russ was very nice to us and patient. Tried on a few pair and the first ones my son tried were perfect. They even have a treadmill to try out your shoes but my son didn't want to. Very pleasant experience and we will be going back.

First went to "Runners House" in October of 2022, and got a good pair of shoes on clearance. Went back in October of 2023 and bought another pair of shoes on clearance. I still wear both and both still fit me well and serve their intended purpose.

Jason is fine, but cut and dry, yet informative. You tell him your needs and he will fulfills those need... No confusion, no debate. What they have on clearance are bargains as I paid $80.00 for the first pair and $75.00 for the second pair.

Phenomenal customer service! The staff is incredible with their suggestions of the best product for our needs. They listen and offer a service no mall sneaker store can match. There is someone readily available to help when you walk in. They even mailed sneakers to us. I have recommended this location to many friends and we are all grateful for their insight. Russ is awesome!

Unparalleled customer service and knowledge. After years of foot problems from flat feet plantar fasciitis and wearing wide width, walking shoes purchased online , I decided to seek advice. I went to Runners House and was informed I had a D width . The owners showed me many walking shoes recommended for me personally, to try on for comfort. I decided on a pair of HOKA shoes . In hindsight I thought, why hadn't I come here sooner? I am now able to walk pain free for the first time in many years . This store and employees are runners and share their passion and knowledge with every customer. I highly recommend them to everyone including family. I have never heard a negative comment from anyone I have referred. They have many quality brands to choose from all at a fair price.

Russ and the team went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. They are knowledgeable and friendly. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time!

Friendly & knowledgeable staff! The young lady helping me was super patient, helped me with foot size, provided some suggestions and was so kind. I am definitely telling my friends about this store. I've been to other running stores, but they are not as knowledgeable or nice!

I went here for two pairs of sneakers. I got so much help figuring out what I want. Bianca was awesome - she is very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience. I asked lots of questions and the employees were happy to share their knowledge with me. The people that work here are great. The store has a lot of selection. I ended up getting two pairs of sneakers and running pants.

Unbelievable stock availability !I had no problem at all getting exactly what I needed. I will definitely save time and aggravation and make this my sneaker go to.

Had an issue with a pair of Hoka shoes purchased recently, they offered to order new ones and swap for new, no questions asked. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Incredible customer service. I wanted to buy some shoes as a gift for my mom. They let me bring 2 sizes to see which fit better, no issues returning the one that didn't. Super friendly about it. With 107 five star reviews I would assume these were fake but now I can see why. They are the real deal!

Knowledgeable, friendly courteous service, they've helped me with both running and non running corrective foot issues and got me the right shoe! Nothing like trying multiple pairs on in a store........you just don't get that on Amazon. Perfect comfy fits! Just met them a year ago. Great Store! Great people! :)

These guys are great. They’re extremely knowledgeable about their products. You can walk in, tell them your issue (looking for shoes for running, standing long hours, hiking, etc). I have a disability that left me with an impaired right foot and these guys new just the kind of shoe I needed. Nice guys, great products and you walk away having purchased a quality product from a local business.

Went in today for the first time and was beyond impressed with the knowledge of the staff as well as how well they treat the customers. They took the time to find the right running shoes for me. They had a huge selection and the prices were fantastic. This will now be the only place I go to get new running shoes.

Super helpful and knowledgeable. They really know a ton about the differences between the models within a brand and were able to recommend a shoe that fit great and was very comfortable. Tried it out on the treadmill there and they said if I didn't like it after running in it, that I could bring it back. And to top it off, it was cheaper to buy from them than from any of the major online retailers. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing store! super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Selection of shoes for any persons needs. I was referred to Jason and Russ from Dr. Conenello my podiatrist after reoccurring foot injuries with specific shoe requirements. Once in the store the had several options to choose from, and had me fitted and ready to try and run pain free. It worked. Since then they have helped all of my family members and friends with their athletic footwear needs. Every time I walk in there I feel like family and I won’t buy my running shoes from anywhere else!

I am a fan of supporting local businesses, and Runner's House has just been added to my list. My daughter needed spikes for Cross Country. After calling to make sure they had them in stock, we headed the store and was greeted by Jason who was such a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable, kind and super friendly. Thanks Jason for helping us out. I will be heading back soon.

Went in as a complete newbie to running, and I was met with very knowledgable and helpful staff. They helped me find the right shoes, giving me plenty of options to try on and compare and explaining the difference between each pair. The owners even offered me some tips and explanations on correct running form and preventing injuries.

Their prices were also reasonable, I'm overall very happy with my experience!

Incredibly knowledgeable staff, very attentive to your needs. I send all of my training clients here because I know they will be well treated and every one has thanked me profusely for the recommendation. As a seasoned ultra marathon runner, I can say, without a doubt, this store has everything you need for your walking and running adventures, on top of the friendliest and best educated running advocates you could ask for. This is a must go for any runner or gym rat in the area!

I will never buy running shoes anywhere else again. The service is always so helpful and friendly! Not only that, but they have a great selection of shoes and running gear. They’ve also got the answers to all of my running questions! COVID precautions were taken and I was comfortable the whole time.
