So happy to see this store near DQ! While the kids are having their sugary frozen treats, I'm having a healthier option over here. The extensive menu was a bit overwhelming, but the staff was good about offering suggestions. Would love to see 100% gluten free granola here someday. The bowl portions are generous for one person. Very yummy!

Great food, my salad is half gone. I should of taken a picture before I started eating it. It was a small salad and a smoothie, it was so good. I will be coming back. Healthy good food. :)

I was in Cedar City for work and I was trying to find a healthy food spot while here and I found it! I had a 'Get Out of my Swamp' bowl and it was really good!

Always a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that you wanted to take your time eating a delicious meal in.

Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Hearty and healthy and so satisfying. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. Nice man at the counter helped me navigate the options. Glad I decided to stop here

Visiting from Seattle, we were looking for a healthy option before heading out to Zion. This place was perfect! Delicious options and for us, a totally reasonable price. The cedar sunrise and the starburst pitaya were so yummy. Service was kind and quick. We’ll definitely come again!

The food was delicious and refreshing. The atmosphere was nice, but could use a little organization. Service was good, we didn't have to wait too long for our food. It's one of the better options in Cedar for a quick and fresh bite to eat.

Relaxing atmosphere. Loved the Halloween decorations and island music. The whole place is like your home away from home.

The menu got a makeover so it looks professionally done instead of just chalk on a black board like before. Helps because I can read things much easier.

In addition, there are new items which far exceeded my expectations. I tried the Asian chicken salad. What really did it for me was the dressing.

The owner surprised us with a sample chocolate macaron to try. Very friendly and engaging with us. Thank you for exceptional service. We will be back!

Açaí bowl and bacon, egg, cheese bagel. Both tasted great. Sandwich was not loaded with a bunch of fillers and was pretty straight forward but I left full without feeling like I was full of grease. Açaí bowl was great too. Would go back.

I love this place . As one of the few healthy options across-the-board in Cedar city, He will leave feeling better and more energized every time you go there. If you have not tried it, it is a must. A great way to create a healthy habit. From the very first time I went there I fell in love with the place and the story and the idea. It is a family owned business Where the grandparents came out of retirement to support an idea of one of their granddaughters..It’ll be exciting to see Them grow because they will be making all of us healthier and happier.

Very courteous staff. Attended to our every needs without hesitation. My panini was great, light but filling. My girlfriends Açaí bowl was flavorful & pleasant. A must have if you’re ever in Cedar City, UT.

Everything is prepared when you order, the cafe is clean and comfortable, fun decor and the owners and staff are friendly. The Berry Bar is one of the first places I think of when I want something fresh and yummy!

My mother in law brought me a Star Fire Bowl to work the other day and I’ve been craving it ever since. SO yummy and light. Doesn’t leave you feeling bloated or sluggish like other frozen treats can. Such a great addition to Cedar City. 🙌🏼

Ordered from Uber Eats and the food was taking forever. I called and turns out the food was ready Uber just didn’t pick it up. They were very kind and offered to remake the food since it was old. Got the avocado toast and it was great. Awesome customer service.

Fresh, affordable and delicious! The cashier was helpful and polite my first time here, explaining all the choices and specialties just as i would hope. Love this place! Great if you want to go out and still eat healthy.

I love this place. The fruit is fresh and the new bowl size options are so much better. My favorite sandwich is the Apple Bacon.
