Candlewood Suites Eugene Springfield, an IHG Hotel

For a last minute booking I was impressed. Maddie went above and beyond her duty helping me get situated and comfortable since I've been driving all day. Easy to find with plenty of parking and close to I5 and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable and the only complaint would be that the refrigerator was pretty noisy. I had a river view room and it has a nice view of the Willamette River.

Great customer service. I believe the woman who helped me was Leslie. She was very understanding and I appreciated her help. We will definitely book with Candlewood Suites again in the future.

This room was very comfortable and I'd be happy spending weeks here. The refrigerator was noisy when it was cooling but other than that the room was quiet. The bed was great (wife said it was a little firm). There are so many drawers and the kitchenette is perfect.

Really enjoyed staying there, the rooms were very clean, fully equipped kitchen, (full-size refrigerator) beds super comfy, linens and towels were very nice, good location and a super convenient food pantry inside. Overall, it was a great experience.

Located a few blocks from the Springfield Eugene Oregon Bus transit service which has several routes which pick up every 15 minutes.Only 5-10 minute bus ride to Eugene Oregon.

All day bus passes only $ 3.50.

Highly recommend.!!

We stayed for three nights. My husband could not stop raving about this place. He used to work updating hotel room furniture at Four Seasons and Hiltons, once even at Ritz-Carlton. He was actually impressed. We had a King JR Suite. Very spacious. Full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, sink, refrigerator. Huge desk. If you are stopping in Eugene and need a place to stay I highly recommend Candlewood.

The staff was amazing at this hotel. They are located approximately ~10 mins of driving distance towards any grocery shops.
Our room was really quiet facing the parking.
They have a kitchen, a full size refrigerator, very nice beds and pillows.
All linens were purely clean!
They do accept both dogs AND cats!
There’s a free guest laundry and a pretty nice gym.
There’s a dishwasher in the room. There’s no oven, there’s only the stovetop.
The closet was spacious. The armchair was a bit worn and scratched, as well as the table surface.
They do have a business center (a computer with the printer) in the lobby, a room with snacks and drinks (purchased separately).
The only consideration I had was the absence of light on the office desk inside the room.
It would be helpful if at least a table lamp would be set up. At other Candlewood locations they would have ceiling lamps hanging right above the desk, but not at this location.
There’s a number of home kitchen appliances available for rent.
The parking is free of charge.

OMG, not sure why reviews are bad! We had a great stay! The only thing missing was the breakfast. We got a double queen for us and the kids. The room was very spacious! It had everything. Almost full kitchen. Stove, huge fridge, kitchen counter, dishwasher (I think?), coffee pot, big bathroom, full closet, huge office desk. It was affordable, nice and clean! I will definitely come back!

Surprisingly nice and comfortable rooms with full fridge, stop top, dishes etc. No pool or hot tub but worth it if you want the comfort of home. I'll definitely book here again.

I stayed a couple weeks. I was in a wheelchair and I had a beautiful room that accommodated me. A full refrigerator with ice maker microwave stove and dishwasher. The room was huge. Very nice comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as good as it could be. They would wheel me outside to smoke. Bring me ice. Snacks. And over all I just really enjoyed my stay.

Such an awesome experience with this team and the hotel. The kitchens made it wonderful and as long as you read the website and understand that it’s a long term stay type hotel, I wasn’t disappointed at all. Also the prices were totally worth the value!Lesley the manager and her team are wonderful. I’ll definitely be staying again! Highly recommend.

This is a great hotel to stay at and we’ve stayed at many. Location is nice, rooms were clean and fairly large. The staff went above and beyond to help us. I believe the lady’s name was Evelyn she did an amazing job! We had a pet with us and we had lost her (she snuck under the bed which we didn’t know was hollow) and the front desk and other staff was very quick in helping us find her. They used all their resources and then some to aide in finding her. If we are ever in the area again we will be returning customers.

Booked 2 rooms night of. No problems with the reservation. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly. Loved that my dogs could stay with me. The bed was very comfortable and the hot water was like lava.... just the way I needed it. I also liked the kitchenette and room layout. Very pleasing.

Great Hotel, Convenient Location

This is a nice hotel off I-5 (but not too close for traffic noise). Rooms are big and spacious, with a huge desk area to work. A full kitchenette with all accessories make dining out an option, not a requirement. There is plenty of storage and a real closet, too. Everything was nice and clean, which is very much appreciated for frequent travelers like myself. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

My family and I stayed here, and honestly it's been the absolute best hotel experience we've had, and we have had a great many this year. Staff were all friendly and accomodating, room was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchenette. Comfortable beds, A/C worked like a dream. Walls were a bit thin and we were close to the lobby, so unfortunately it wasnt the quietest room. But the comfort and amenities provided were unparalleled, if we ever have an opportunity to stay here again we absolutely will.👍
