Emerson Hotel Restaurant & Bar

I was with a group of friends and we noticed this historical hotel and then realized I the hotel is now a restaurant, so we were intrigued and decided to get some food. We all enjoyed the burgers, apps and drinks. The server, Mike was very fun and hospitable! He made our the fun and pleasant The drinks are good as well. We plan to stop in again Super Bowl.

Been coming here for awhile, it's a very local crowd but the booze is a good price, the roast beef dinner is fabulous and the atmosphere is typical bar. Come for a drink and a pizza and you will be very happy.

Thank you Ken, Mike, and staff!!!! Highly recommend. Mike was our server and he was amazing, he made us laugh and made our dinner out a great experience. Ken was very nice and made us comfortable. My family had a great time and the food was delicious 🤤 we will be back soon!!!!!

Haven't been here in many years. We were the first diners in the dining room. No servers so the bartender took good care of us even as the bar area filled up. The sliced steak dinner is now $27, but just as delicious as ever . the second pair who came into the dining room also ordered the same. It's their signature dish, and it was wonderful.

Very friendly people, slow atmosphere, nice and quiet in the main dining room but the bar next door seemed like a lot of people having a (louder) good time; the penne vodka was very good and they were very accommodating about lighter alcoholic beverages

Mike is awesome! Real attentive and personable, fun guy to just shoot the breeze with. Definitely recommend the corned beef sandwich, one of my personal favorites.

We were greeted by Justine. She was very friendly as we were shown to our table. Justine was also our server. I had the tuna club sandwich which was outstanding, served with a generous helping of Cole slaw. Justine was very attentative, always with a smile on her face. Will definitely come back!

Hometown restaurant. Great local food. Great place for a function. We just had a room to ourselves for 16.

I'd been here, The Emerson Hotel, in the 1970s, 80s, and 90s and just yesterday, Wednesday, finally made it back again!
An out-of-state friend of mine and I were getting together to discuss a bunch of things, including baseball history. I inquired if we "were under any rush". We weren't, so we were able to have a very great, long discussion meeting. There are a number of rooms/sections to be seated, so we chose the breezeway-type room (I sat in there in 1978).
The food was excellent, my friend had a steak and salad, I had potato leek soup, a big burger with sweet potato fries.
Our waiter was great; attentive and politely and pleasantly conversant.

I've been coming to this place a long time, still the best steak platter, bartender Theresa was excellent I didn't wait for anything, was very nice n friendly. She took care of the bar n table with a breeze. I had a very nice experience at the famous Emerson Hotel.I still love, I will b back 👍

Excellent service, food and beverages. I just had the sliced steak. To die for!!! We've been coming here off and on for close to 20 years and have never had a bad meal.

So we decided to go to eat post Valentine’s Day this year. Rob took me to the Emerson Hotel. He said it had been quite some time since he was there last, neither of us really knew what to expect. It was very familiar to the local pub. Tables spaced (if you care about it) and a fireplace!! Sat by the window, waitress came over super quick. Good selection of beers on tap and bottles as well. Ordered the French onion soup and the prime rib dip. Soup hot and delicious. Not too much cheese. Which was great because I asked for them to go light. Now the sandwich... perfectly cooked roast beef... bread was sturdy enough. But when dipped into the beefy Au jus.... just heaven in a bite. Onion rings crispy and not at all greasy. It really was a perfect lunch. I can’t wait to go back for dinner. And the outdoor space looks great for warmer months!! Found a new “go to” spot for sure!!

My husband brought me here years ago for a date. I still remember the eggplant parmesan, and how thinly it was sliced. The breading was awesome, and the flavor was perfect. This time we went with his family and enjoyed everything, from appetizers to entrees. They have a simple and classic taste, and a nice variety. I went with mozzarella sticks with marinara for an app, which were tasty, and veggie thin crust pizza for my meal. Super delicious!

Been going hear since I was a baby and I'm 42. My father had gone since he was a baby and he was born in 1946! Always get the sliced steak platter. We go whenever we have a craving which is several times a year. Also had my mother's repast here and they were very accomodating.
