Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Eugene East/Springfield

Very clean, seemed very new. Off the beaten track, so quiet and comfortable, but close enough to get where we needed to go in 10 mins. Bed was very comfortable. Gal at front desk was super friendly and personable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great service. Staff were friendly and helped me when I realized I had driven off without my luggage.

A bit out of the way, but it is an astounding, new hotel. I Enjoyed everything about this hotel, especially the breakfast which offered alternating quiche and chicken sandwiches with cheese (not a fan of, I don't have access to running water at work).

The rooms have ample lighting and even the cheap rooms feel somewhat like a suite compared to other slightly dated hotels. There are no vending machines though, odd.

The fitness centre is really good! A focus was put on that room to accommodate multiple runners using it at once.

Tell your friends, it's a good one.

OMFnG! I can't get over how wonderfully friendly, kind, and welcoming the front desk lady was when i checked in! After a long day of meetings and driving a long way to get to the hotel, I came away from the check in pro ess feeling appreciated and refreshed! I highly recommend th8s hotel. Oh, yah, the room was great and everything else was good too.

This review is long overdue. I stayed here in January, 2018 when in town for business. It was approximately a week after this hotel first opened. The service was excellent and my room was very clean. I believe I was the first customer for that room. I didn't have much of a view, but that didn't bother me.

I recall the staff being very nice and professional. The front desk staff during check-in and check-out were great. Definitely staying at this hotel when in the area for business.

Solid hotel for a relatively cheap. Clean space, plenty of free parking right out front. The front desk attendant was super friendly. The single king room was enough space and new. The bathroom is large and no signs of wear and tear. Even the to-go breakfast wasn't bad with a warmed breakfast sandwich, coffee, orange juice, and yogurts.

Great place, would stay here again. Everything is as one would expect for a Marriott property.
Parking lot can fill up quickly.

A wonderful experience overall - the staff were very good to us even though they were rather stretched given the present circumstances, particularly the lady at reception whose name escapes me but started with a C, who was very helpful. The hotel was very new and clean, and the room was well-designed and comfortable at a fair price point. We enjoyed our time in Eugene, and should we return, we would definitely consider staying here again!

Omg this place is actually great. Not gonna lie I usually have a list of complaints about hotels and I don’t even have one here. The bed is comfy, the pillows are great and it has that clean bleach like smell to it. The room itself is so clean too! It’s quiet in here and just overall comfortable

Really nice place! Came to Eugene for a Tool concert and it was super close to Matthew Knight colosseum. Super clean, shower was huge, and comfortable room. Bed was a little hard but comfy pillows and clean linens. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked amazing like fresh waffles and pastries and fruit, compared to some complimentary breakfast I’ve seen.

We had a lovely stay! We had 2 rooms, one king and one 2 queen. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The king room had a wonderful walk in shower. There were outlets in the bedside lamps so you didn't have to go spelunking behind the table for them. I slept well, but if there was one thing that my husband would have liked, it would have been firmer pillows. We did not ask...maybe they are available if you do. But next time he will just bring his. Breakfast had lots of options, including fresh fruit and waffles. The booths in the lobby had outlets available if you needed to charge something. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would come back!

@marriott take notice. Amazing front desk staff. Clean hotel rooms. A little late stocking basic breakfast though it was clean and good presentation. Easy enough access on/off I5.

Beautiful new hotel. Good comfortable beds and big bathrooms. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was well stocked, good variety, and comfortable eating area. The gym is spacious with new equipment. It's close enough to the college without having to be bombarded by college students.

Enjoyed my overnight stay here. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when asked where is there a nice place to eat for dinner. I highly recommend this place.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff. Hot breakfast is nice. Ample size workout room with water refilling station. Hotel has a convenience shop at the front desk where you can purchase snacks and items you may need. While we love staying here for the convenience and comfort there are three things to note- 1. No hot tub/jacuzzi in the pool area. 2. parking near the hotel can be challenging when there are big events going on in the area (UofO move in, etc). There is, however, a joint parking lot next door shared with another hotel that has more parking available. 3. While the river view side is beautiful, it is also more noisy since it is on the road side of the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. The fitness room and pool were open and could be reserved for private use in 45 minutes blocks. Customer service was very to any concerns.

Convenient from I-5. Clean rooms, great layout, especially for business travel. Good breakfast. Convenient to several options for dinner; I liked the Wild Duck, just a couple of miles away. All in all, highly recommended.

We stayed here after a concert at Matthew Knights arena and it was very close only a $6 Uber ride. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. We got a view of the dump... so if you have a choice pick the river view!

Unbelievable service and attention to detail by staff. They are sincere and go above and beyond their scope of work to ensure I have everything I need to be comfortable. Dylan, Aubrey, Susan, and formerly Emily have treated me incredibly well. They are always able to anticipate my needs/wants, and are always more than happy to give a helping hand. They’re great!
