I always the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Alex or Frank and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their attention to detail and precision in every snip resulted in a hairstyle that exceeded my expectations. The comfortable atmosphere and friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Alex and Frank for anyone seeking a skilled and personable barber. Plus their fades are on point.

This was my first time at a Barber shop (crazy i know!) but this place could not have been more professional and friendlier! I was with Frankie G and he knew exactly what to do with my hair when I vaguely explained my vision and I was extremely satisfied with the end result! He made my first barber experience a special one! :) Will be coming back and highly, highly recommend! Such a good price (only 25$ for me) for a wonderful cut! I did a walk in and it was only about a 10 minute wait. Just remember its cash only!!

I have always gotten my hair cut at Carmines. Everyone that works there is professional, friendly and does a great job. The best in the River Edge for sure.

Took my 2 boys for haircuts. I've been holding off for about 6 months due to COVID but finally decided to do it. I'm glad we went to Carmine's! They have a system to keep everyone safe. Add your name to the sign-up sheet at the back door and wait outside or in your car to be called to prevent too many people in the barber shop at one time. Both my boys' cuts came out very well and everyone in the shop is so nice and welcoming.

On top of the great haircuts, they went above and beyond for me. My car battery died after we left the shop and it was taking me a while to find roadside assistance that would come out. The younger barber (I wish I knew his name!) came out to check on me. He brought his car around and gave me a jump start so that we could get going. Really good people at Carmine's!

Wow! I got to say. I haven't got a haircut like this in years! Okay, so the night before, I tried doing a buzzcut on myself. I'm no barber, and I messed up so bad that I had two bald spots on the back of my head. These guys were open at 8 am and were very friendly over the phone. When I went in, I asked if they could fix up the job I did on myself. And my god, they did a fantastic job! And only for $20! I plan to come here again with my family. Thank you so much!

Wonderful Place, Talent Barbers, Fair Price, They Do Walk-Ins, 11/10

i 've been coming here for over 30 years, my son got his first cut here. the staff is great and friendly. it really doesn't matter who cut your hair they all do a great job.

I've finally found a great barber in New Jersey! Took me a couple of years after moving from NY. Most barbers tend to cut my hair wayyy too short but the folks at Carmine's have the skillset and patience to do it right.

Great haircut (wife loved it) and comfortable atmosphere. They're currently following all of the covid regulations and making the best of it. Awesome place.

I have been coming to Carmines for over 10 years, and I have always left a happy customer. I save up a seasons worth of hair for them to cut classic short and they always cut it well and fast. You can always expect a friendly conversation too if you are in the chatty mood. With covid they have a sign in system where you write your name/number, wait outside, and they will call you over when there is a chair open. They also have a forehead temperature gauge, and masks are mandatory. I am pleased with the precautions they have taken to keep everyone safe and happy.

Great job by Frank cutting my hair as well as trimming my beard. Enjoyed talking about sports and journalism business.

Went here for the first time this past Saturday. Found the place because Frank, formerly of Louis Barber Shop in Hackensack, is here. Parking in the back is very convenient. Friendly people, good seating, busy, but people moved through quickly.

Carmine's is a staple to the River Edge and Oradell regulars. Friendly and expert stylists keep the lines moving while taking the time to get your cut just right. Very reasonably priced too. I haven't had a bad cut from there yet.

Been getting my hair cut here for years. All the barbers are great, you can't go wrong with any or them. I called to make sure they aren't on vacation. They used to take Monday off in the summer but I guess that changed since they answered the phone.

Carmine is a world-class hair stylist and barber in every way. What Michaelangelo was to marble and ceilings, Carmine and John and Tony and Carolyn are to hair. If you think these new barber shops springing up can top Carmine's -- well, no disrespect, but you ain't know nothin'

Carmine's is 5 star all the way. I have been going here for 34 years. Must be doing something right.My kids have gotten there first haircut here.
