Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eugene Downtown - University, an IHG Hotel

Exhausted and needing a night's rest, we stopped here on a whim. Best experience!!! The front desk person was super courteous and friendly. We got a great rate for our spa tub room and we really surprised by how wonderful everything is. Haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn in a long time. The room was beautiful and bed absolutely comfortable. The quality is fantastic here. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was wonderful and had everything you could want for breakfast. My husband loved the biscuits and gravy. We definitely will be back!!!

This is a great hotel in Eugene. Surprisingly better than most of the highway hotels. The hotel and rooms were really clean and reasonably quiet most importantly our kids love this hotel and it’s very close to campus lots of things to see and do. This is where we will stay from now on.

Okay so here it goes. Room was clean, staff was really nice, especially the girl that checked us in, sucks I don't recall her name cause she should be recognized.. very welcoming. .bed was comfy.. my only negative things I can say is it's hard to keep room at comfortable temperature, couldn't get fan to just stay on and it heated up fast. Would try to open window at times, but kept hearing the sounds of metal as cars went in and out of parking garage like every 5 minutes and it got super annoying so had to close window .oh and the hot tub could use a remodel , very course and over chlorinated. Other than that great place to stay, breakfast was decent as well.

Love the stay last night. Rebecca at front desk was so helpful. She saved my day when she got me room and bus parking. Most of the hotels where booked in Eugene, but finally found room at this hotel after 1 hour and half searching due to marathon happening Sunday morning. Also Donovan next morning was friendly and helpful. I left around 4:30 am he got me breakfast and make sure I was set to go through my day. I had long day driving and I made it home safely.

First off I was charged more than expected and was told it was a $25 fee of some kind. So be prepared for that (no big deal thankfully I had it although getting gas to get home was a little tricky as we live over 2 hours away).

Our stay was great. Breakfast was great, room was amazing except there was not good WIFI on the 4th floor. My son couldn’t get WiFi to load up there and was bummed but we still had a blast. I’m pretty picky on cleanliness as I’ve been a maid for the Hilton and this room wasn’t as bad as many I’ve been in. I still wish they would add cleaning supplies to all rooms…
We LOVED having the plates, bowls, cups and silverware!! What a great touch! Also the extra bedding was amazing as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will use again. Thank you all!

I love this place!! Not only is the breakfast great with all their options, even for gluten free, but their prices are very fair. The one thing I want to make a huge shout out about is their staff. Their staff is very respectful, and very friendly. They are genuinely interested in your requests, concerns, or just flat out conversation. I feel right at home when staying here and their housekeeping staff is very discreet. Honestly best experience yet!

I don't usually review hotels, but this place really surprised us. Our family got sick on Christmas, and we called to ask if we could move our reservation. They took care of it no problem.
The free breakfast was way more than a normal hotel breakfast. Fresh fruit, omelettes, bacon, actually GOOD coffee, fresh juice.
The rooms are big, nice, clean, and the staff is super friendly.

Very friendly staff. Amazing proximity to EmX BRT line as well as the UO campus. The breakfast was plentiful! Lots of options to choose from. Also a nice indoor pool/hot tub! The room was amazing. King Suite had lots of room to spread out. Also, was surprised to see a washer/dryer on every floor that was free to use. Nice perk! Will stay again for sure!

We have stayed here several times. Rooms have always been great and the staff have been friendly. It's a good location and a lot of food locations around. The parking can be a problem at some points but it's not a deal breaker.

This is a great hotel. It is clean snd welcoming. The rooms are well done - they were thoughtful about how a guest uses a room - places for luggage, hooks, toiletries which are refillable instead of plastic throw aways. Will stay with this hotel again.

My go-to hotel chain when traveling to Eugene, Oregon, is because I know what to expect when staying with them. Clean, spacious room. They provide regular-sized bottles of bath products instead of small sample sizes. Breakfast is always delicious, with bacon, eggs, yogurt, coffee, and, of course, their famous cinnamon rolls - so yummy! They also have laundry machines available. There's parking both outside and in the parking garage. This hotel tends to be quite busy during college events, so be sure to book ahead of time.

This place was great I just needed to place the crash and it exceeded my expectations I got a great deal on Priceline was able to sit in the hot tub and get a free breakfast the the room was nice and clean and the finishings were upscale I was really impressed

I just watch the lot for them I haven’t yet stayed here just because I live in town but I know some of the employees and they’re really nice they’re friendly and they take people seriously. Their parking lot is a little small because there’s not enough parking in Eugene anyway, but the interior I would know I would just know what the lobby looks like it looks friendly, inviting in like a common place to chill out.

Easy parking, had a awesome breakfast buffet, it was super clean, beds were amazing!!! Heated pool seemed popular. Shower was good my whole family showered and never ran out of hot water. Rooms are spacious.. Staff was friendly and they have stuff you can buy in lobby like travel size stuff and snacks. Also have laundry. Lots of TV channels to, good wifi.

Wonderful service, comfy beds and amazingly comfy pillows. Didn't have the time to hit the pool but it looked really nice and clean. Breakfast was nice as well. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. My children and I had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again. 10/10

It was a great hotel. Modern style, clean and perfect for our stay in Eugene. Staff was very kind and polite. Bed was comfy too and we usually struggle with hotel beds comfort. We will return again!

I travel a lot for work and have made this hotel my Eugene home. The staff is always super helpful friendly and responsive. Huge thanks to Chantelle and Phadra for helping me with my folios.
What you want to know - the rooms are clean and well maintained, great location to get around town and visit U of O, parking is kinda tight but I've never had a problem.

Situated right across from the University of Oregon, and adjacent to the 2125 Franklin student apartment complex. Reasonable hot breakfast - better than a Hampton Inn, worse than a DoubleTree. Rooms are modern - the hotel can't be more than 5-ish years old. Extremely friendly staff on check-in. Only negatives were (1) that our shower didn't have particularly hot water one morning, likely due to a large number of guests / concurrent use; and (2) the front desk attendant during check-out was rather abrupt, specifically acting annoyed that I decided to report the hot water issue.
