DB plumbing installed my whole house filter today. He kept me aware of when he would arrive and gave updates during the installation process. I will continue to use Drillon for plumbing/heating issues moving forward. It is a plus that he offers emergency services.

Just got a few things done by DB. I must say, I will use them again in the future. Seamless process. I was under a crazy time line and they accomodated my schedule. Arrived on time, came at my earliest convenience, fixed my few issues around my house and were on their way. I’d like to add that the employees and the boss were very professional and knowledgable. They explained the issues to me thoroughly and let me choose my options from their forward. The guys worked very efficiently and took care of my house. Laid down protective covers on floors before laying their tools out. Thanks DB!

Drilon provided punctual, expert service installing our new furnace at a very reasonable price. Any follow up questions and issues he responded to immediately even when I messaged well after regular work hours.

The company is run by a very energetic and responsible owner that is providing an excellent service especially considering his young age .
He has a very flexible team that will do any job quickly plus he is willing to be flexible on his prices which is very important . Hard to find a plumbing company like that. Will use him In the future . High standard of work. I needed an extension of my cold water pipes to the garden outside my house plus an outside faucet which he did in a very short time.

He was very responsive to texting and did the job of putting my water filter in efficiently and well. On top of that there was no mess afterwards. Very pleasant to work with.

The owner came right on time, to observe and photograph exactly what I needed. His plumbers came later and worked carefully, neatly, professionally ~ I could go on and on describing their expertise. Called DB Plumbing and Heating for a boiler repair. Very responsive. They were able to meet me that same afternoon. They took care of the problem and the fee was reasonable. Will definitely be using this company for all future issues and annual maintenance.

I can say that we've checked the boxes for all of the above.

We used DB Plumbing for a leak that was coming through our ceiling between the 1st and 2nd floor. I will say that we did need more than just a plumber as we wanted the complete job of removing the ceiling, fix the plumbing, replace drywall and paint.

Responsive:
We had contacted Drilon early on Jan 7th, and he was at our house later that afternoon. We discussed the work that needed to be done, then scheduled the work to begin Friday the 13th at 8am

Value:
After going through several plumbers and contractors, they Were all pretty much around the same ballpark. Out of the 3 we spoke with, it's fair to say he landed in the middle.

Timely:
Drilon and team showed up exactly 8 am and began their work. They completed the work in one full day as expected. No delays.

Quality:
As a homeowner, this is probably the most important. No one wants to ever deal with hired work that did not meet expectations. They identified the leak and replaced the PVC piping. They cleaned up afterward and explained the work that was done.

We did like the fact that they left the ceiling open (we agreed on this) for several days just to make sure the leak was fixed. The next day there was a very minor leak, literally a few drops. We contacted Drilon and he returned the next day to repair the issue. We ran water for a while and all leaks were gone.

After several days, we were confident the repairs were complete, so Drilon sent his contractor to our home to replace the ceiling and finalize painting. We are very happy with all of the work done. It is as if nothing had ever occurred. They put up new dry wall, spackled, and painted in roughly 7 hours.

If you are on the fence about hiring a plumber, I will say this, you are doing an injustice if you don't at least contact and speak with him as one of your bids. I would highly recommend them and will absolutely be calling them again should another issue arise.

DB Plumbing replaced a water pressure valve. I called for an estimate on a Saturday morning and they came by lunch time to fix my issue. Drilon and his team were responsive, fast, professional, and gave me a fair price for their services! I highly recommend this company!

Drilon & his team at D&B Plumbing were very professional and pleasant to work with. Drilon promptly responded to our request and came to our home to review the project and give us a price. He recommended a tankless hot water heater for our home and we agreed. The team at D&B arrived on time for the scheduled project. We have had the system for 2 weeks now and are very pleased. The tankless hot water heater saves a lot of space and is working efficiently. Drilon was fair with his pricing and kept to the quoted price. The team at D&B completed all work on time and the premises were left neat and tidy when finished. DB plumbing and heating were amazing. I called them with a steam pipe that broke and within a few days, they were available to make the proper repairs. While doing so, there were other areas of the steam pipes to furnace that needed repair/replaced. They were more then able and willing to fix it. They cleaned up. I would recommend them and call them again if need be.

Initially I have used their service for a new outdoor faucet and kitchen pull down sink faucet installation. Drillon did an excellent job and then I rehired them to install a water softener system. He is very thorough in his work and finished it perfectly. I definitely recommend them and encourage everyone to support our locals.

I called the. For service. We had a high water bill. Dave and his partner were very professional. No work was needed. They gave me their advice and they were right. They are definitely my new go to plumbers for needed service.

Had an issue with my dishwasher. Drilon responded to my call and set appointment to come the same day. He fixed it spent over an hour making sure it was in place. Cleaned up afterwards. A true professional! The next day came back as the problem persisted. Took his time way into the evening to adjust it and make certain the problem was corrected. Absolutely wonderful service. The following week had another issue with a broken pipe. Drillon answered my text immediately set a time to fix it in the early am the following day before he began his own jobs already scheduled that day. We can finally take a shower!!!!
We had an issue with the upstairs bathroom where there was no water pressure in the shower. I was so frustrated with a previous plumber from Angi, who made the situation worse, that I thought the situation was hopeless. But then I came across DB Plumbing & Heating on Google. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. BEST DECISION EVER! Drillon was courteous and professional on the phone. He and his team member came and quickly assessed the situation --- it wasn't a cartridge issue after all. The thousand-year old pipe in the wall needed to be replaced. I thought they'd have to break through the shower tile to get to the pipe. But no, they were able to access the pipe through the bedroom closet by making a small square hole. He just knew EXACTLY what to do! As they were working, they explained the situation and kept me in the loop. The cost was FAIR. The work was QUICK. The shower and faucet are 100% restored! This man is a lifesaver! In the middle of the in-laws being in town I call for service to be done to my guest bathroom which I was postponing. He does everything I expected and more! He showed early to get himself ready for the job of the day and goes above and beyond to ensure I am happy with the outcome. 15/10 stars. Can be relied on when you have an emergency
repair that needs fixing immediately. Professional and gets the job done. I first used this company when my boiler broke last November 2020. There fees are reasonable. Because of the good service I have also used them to install a fan exhaust in my bathroom where there wasn't an exhaust before, and most recently fix a leak in my basement bathroom for which they had to perform plumbing and install new piping for my bathroom faucet. I highly recommend this company to anyone who may have doubts about using their service you would not regret it.
