We made an appointment with Shafron Law Group to get a consultation regarding lease review. Everything started with a twenty minute wait, even though the appointment was made ahead of time. At the end of consultation Jason surprised us with a $2,000 fee.
The review of the lease took a long time. First, the paralegal was not able to find our email, and then he could not dedicate time to review it. After several reminders coming from our side, Jason finally reviewed the lease in a very careless way and.... said it would cost an additional $500.
