Candlewood Suites Louisville North, an IHG Hotel

Great place!! Location is awesome, front desk very nice, friendly, polite, and helpful,the restaurants are close, 10 minutes to Louisville.. lots of stuff right around the hotel. Pool is closed for now, they have a great workout room, a little shop there for snacks,food and drinks, coffee and tea, lots of tea varieties. It has a really reasonable price too for the quality of the hotel!

Perfect location for an extended work stay, with all the right amenities. I thought the towels were thin, so they went and bought an entirely new set of towels the next day!

Renovations are ongoing so some things weren't perfect, but talk to the staff. They're proud of this place, and they will work to make issues right!

The associate's name who helped us check-in was Star. We got there before official check-in time. My husband and I were on our motorcycles. We traveled from out-of-town. We checked-in but our room was not ready. We were outside by our bikes trying to decide what we were going to do until our room was ready and here comes Star. She knew we were tired and she wanted to get us in a room as soon as possible. So after we checked in and went outside she continued looking for an available, clean room and she found us one. Later that night we called and asked for an extra blanket. Star brought us a warm blanket. After all of that, when we checked out the next day we told her good bye and said thank you. A few minutes after we pulled off Star called me. My husband had left his book bag on the ground outside in the parking lot. Someone turned it in. Star called me and told me they found it. We did not even realize he had left it. Star said she called us as soon as she received it because she knew we were getting on the road. Star went over and beyond to give us excellent customer service. We will stay at that location again because of Star. Candlewood Suites Louisville North.

We love our stay at Candlewood Suites. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly. We used the fitness center. The hotel has a lovely laundry room, and rooms have nice kitchens. Great place for overnight or an extended stay.
So conveniently next door to our job sight. Always friendly and helpful employees!
Room Is clean and comfortable! Ask for a second table chair and got it on the spot with a smiling desk clerk.
Look forward to returning.

We travel with our two small dogs and it can be challenging to find a good hotel to accommodate our needs. This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Kimberly was outstanding. She was very gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. She saw to every detail. She even had a small gift bag with dog biscuits for our dogs.
We will be definitely be back!

Had a great stay at their hotel. Rooms are nice and the gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen. The front desk host named Stephanie made it especially great for me with her welcoming smile and helpful attitude. Definitely made my stay great.

This is our stopping point when we go home to see family. It’s comfortable, easy and in a great location. Kimberly was great at the front desk, very helpful!! Very clean and updated. Everyone is friendly and helpful when we stay. We will definitely keep staying here! Great place to stay!

We stayed for one night with our three kids and all the employees were very nice and easy to deal with. The room was very clean. Loved how it had a kitchen in the room and the beds were off in their own room. Very nice place and will be staying here again in the future.

We have stayed at this hotel for years and they have always been kind and helpful. The rooms are all new and very nice and always clean.

We stayed one night on our way back south to home. The woman at the front desk was delightful! The room was specious and very clean. We even had a cute Halloween treat left for us by housekeeping. Comfy beds, spotless bathroom, and many dining options close by. Thank you!!

A ton of restaurants within walking distance. After driving all day, nice to walk.
Very clean
They are doing renovations (equipment outside hotel), but you never know it.

Good size rooms. Full size refrigerator freezer.
Some minor negatives:
Unfortunately the ice maker did not work
Bathroom fan did not work
Only one nightstand on one side of bed made it cumbersome for wife who likes to put glasses, phone, etc on her side of bed

Great staff !! very clean hotel and rooms 👍 . I am K9 handler and the staff was amazing to work with while having K9 in the building and room placement and several I was even last min to get a room but they made it happen for me and K9 Duke

Front desk lady was very nice person. We love the kitchen set up in the room even that we didn't expected, but we used it :) it's very convenience. Full recommended, good price and great location.

My daughter & I stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Clarksville,Indiana. When we walked in I was so surprised at how fancy it looked. The woman that checked us in was so nice & when we went to our room I was so happy. The AC was already on so our room was nice and cold. The closest was so big I could walk in it, the bathroom was roomy which I loved. Naturally the first thing I did when I got in the room was checked the beds (for obvious reasons and I do this at all hotels or motels) & everything was good. I love the kitchen. Everything worked, but I didn’t want to use the stove because I was on vacation lol. The room was spotless. The staff was so nice. We definitely plan to come back again for another stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a awesome place to stay with a awesome staff and conveniently located to everything shopping restaurants and things to do the rooms are nice and they have kitchenettes in the rooms

We came here due to an emergency situation - long story. But the short of it is that the staff here is wonderful!! We asked for special things; they were very graciously accommodating, and treated us so well!! Our rooms were amazing, and certainly exceeded my expectations! We loved that they had a kitchen with pantry, dvd player, internet, pool, fitness center, laundry facilities, ice machine, coffee, and mini store.
