Solid place to stay. Staff is very personable and polite, they are always available. Rooms were clean and rates were cheap!

I've got updates. Since I was here last. New floors, paint, Tvs, and beds. The staff are still amazing and helpful. Right off of Hwy65. The convenience of Clarksville and this hotel you cannot beat. If you need a place to call home for a bit. Don't miss the Red Carpet.

I only gave it five stars so that they can see and not have the same thing happen to me, the rooms are terribly dirty, the air conditioning does not work, there are cockroaches everywhere, there are bedbugs, and the worst thing was they refused to give me a refund, they were very rude and racist, since I paid for six nights and I only stayed one night in that hotel, I couldn't stand staying there any longer and I went somewhere else, I will have to sue them

Stayed their last night, excellent pricing, staff is very friendly, onsight laundry for guest. Kyle Kitchen was great in making sure my room had everything I needed. Microwave, refrigerator, cold A/C and when I needed anything else she was right there.

I went to clean my mother's room because no one would clean it for her she's had to stay there since July(cheapest).when I moved her bed out to sweep under it my broom hit the wall and no exaggeration 50 roaches came running out I've never in my life seen that many . And next I was making her bed and when I tuckered the sheets there was a bunch of bedbugs on the wood part of the bed .it just broke my heart to leave her there oh and oneorevthing she didn't have water for 2 days and they wouldn't give her another room until I went up there and throwed a fit

this hotel has definitely improved. i had a nice stay and the price was fair. the front desk clerk kyle kitchen was very friendly and kind. she was very helpful with everything to make sure my stay was great. thanks LEOANARD SMITH

I love the community here. Everyone is like family and always willing to help another. Huge shoutout to Kris Kitchen for always making sure we have everything we need!

I had read bad reviews about this place, but when my wife and I stayed, we enjoyed it and will definitely return, the rooms were clean. The shower was amazing! And the staff was nice and friendly

renovated room was very nice, the flat screen tv was able to be moved away from the wall housekeeping assisted me when i asked for extra items. the room was clean and smelled good. front desk staff was polite and friendly i believe her name was mrs fox. she offered to help me to my room and i seen her several times walking property checking on guest and even took time to help some one all the way on 3rd floor. i will defiantly return.

Me & my fiance loved this motel. Loved it! It was super clean and the staff are so nice and helpful. My fiance is very OCD about cleanliness and over the last 5yrs we have lived in some ratchet motels, pyramid village being the absolute nastiest, Wayfare on 10th pretty dirty to but better than pyramid. As soon as we walked into our room at the red carpet my baby did her room inspection and smiled all nite and couldn't get over how clean our room was. We recommend it for sure. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. Only issue is 1 day of frozen pipes due to it being so cold out. But other than that it's great! Staff is SUPER friendly and always welcoming and helpful.

Room was clean, heat was on when I entered the room. Bed was comfortable. But the young woman named Stacey, at the front desk was super helpful and very accommodating to all my questions. I'll return for sure.

A little cracked out. But not too bad. Way better than the Days Inn on the other side that's for sure. Its an older hotel and you can tell. But they are friendly and very kid friendly.

Our room is nice. The staff is friendly. The only thing is that they don't have a refrigerator in the rooms. But other than that we are satisfied.

No real complaints about it. At this moment the only thing if anything i would recommend that they invest in newer TVs and better cable O and they need a heater that we can control in our individual roo.s intead of on a broiler system

Customer service was excellent!! Front desk was amazing helping us get into a room that was right for us. Very dependable staff, housekeeping is very friendly. Rooms are very clean and neat.

Actually very decent for the price and area.. Can definitely tell that changes are being made. Breakfast included as well.. Fruits cereal muffins coffee milk and juice. Also staff really helps they gave me directions to where I needed to go and also pointed me to some places to eat in the area..I was satisfied.

I am currently staying at this hotel and I recently had some issues which inevitably turned out to be a miscommunication between the individual I addressed my issues with and them not relaying the message to the manager or maintenance team, but once I was able to thoroughly speak with management myself the issues were promptly and effectively resolved. Thanks for addressing my concerns and Eliminating the problems I was having

Stephanie was so so nice to us!!!!
We were driving all day
We asked for extra pillows and blankets and a refrigerator and she delivered all of our items right to our room within a couple minutes!!!!

Kyle kitchen was very friendly and helpfull room looks great everything works perfectly
