She provided clear guidance and recommendations that greatly assisted with his care. Dr. Rondo was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I have also used her services for consultations to request second opinions for other medical issues.

Dr Rhondo is such a great Doctor. She was a referral & has checked off every box for a great, kind & compassion Doctor. She listens to your concerns & takes her time. The follow ups are very detailed & informative.

I moved to this area almost 11 years ago. I've been a patient of Dr. Giavonne Rondo's for almost 10 years at the recommendation of another family member and I am so happy that I did. Dr. Giavonne Rondo has always been intuned with my health and has uncovered serious underlinging health issues within my body that even I was unaware of. I love how she is available to me by telephone no matter the time of day. Dr. Rondo's beside manner is extrodinary and kind. I have recommended Dr. Rondo to family and friends and will continue to do so. I have never been to a better, more caring doctor. She has taken excellent care of me and ALL of my many health issues. Sometimes it is necessary to wait a little but I never mind, knowing that I will receive her care and attention. I wish I had found her earlier in life.

She has cared less and less about my moms health as the years have gone by..I've begged my mom to find a new doctor..She is in poor health , and just can't go thru the process...Rondo has made so many care less, and borderline negligent mistakes it scares me ..........If you have anything other than regular day to day , healthy issues, don't go to this woman...

Dr. Rondo is great, the office though is completely abysmal. Appointments often involve over 2 hours waiting (in office and in waiting room combined). Scheduling is next to impossible. Was told by the Dr.'s nurse I needed to be seen within a week and the scheduler refused! Was told I would get a call back then got none. Guess it is a good thing there is an ER in Jeffersonville. Been a patient for a long time and it just gets worse each year. Avoid like it was on fire!

Wait times are ridiculous. Add at least an hour to your appointment time and that's when you might be seen. Dr Rondo is a nice doctor but the wait isn't worth it.
