GREAT experience, start to finish! Vik was very patient when I came into the showroom, he let me wander around and look at all the sofas, but he was always available to answer questions. He was very helpful in designing my sectional, and made several excellent suggestions. The delivery time frame he quoted was spot on, and the delivery crew were fantastic! Raul and his team took their time to make sure the pieces were exactly where I wanted them, and they also made helpful suggestions. I recently bought a mattress, motion base and custom sectional from here. My parents bought a bedroom set and mattress. The customer service was perfect. Vik (the owner) was extremely helpful and made sure we weren't overspending. The entire experience was a pleasure and we will definitely come back again.

My wife was looking for a hard to find sectional, so we reached out to the manufacturer to see who may have it in stock and on display so we can see and touch it and actually sit on it. Within a day the manufacturer had Vik reach out to us, letting us know he had the exact couch on display. We live about 90 minutes away from the store, but Vik was very accommodating to make special arrangements to make sure he'd have someone there for us when we got there. The couch was everything my wife thought it was and 3 days later the couch was delivered to our home. Vik and his team were great to work with and would definitely do business with Bergen Furniture & Design again.

Shopping for furniture can be overwhelming. I was downsizing and moving out of state. I needed new furniture but knew the big chain stores could not match the customer service at Westwood Furniture. Amazing selection of High-end American made furniture in various price ranges. We got a gorgeous dining table and chairs without spending a fortune. Maria helped us with the paperwork and was very friendly and helpful without pushing us to buy more. Definitely would shop here again!

We were looking for a sectional couch and had been to a number of furniture stores. At Bergen Furniture we were helped by Vic. We explained to him the size and degree of comfort we were looking for and we decided on one. The sectional is perfect and we couldn’t be happier. The furniture we chose was also Made in the USA, which was a big plus for us. On delivery Raul and another gentleman unpacked and placed the furniture exactly where we wanted it, and cleaned up all the wrappings. We searched for a considerable amount of time before finding Bergen County Furniture and Design. We needed a new living room couch that fit our living room's unique configuration as well as furniture that would withstand the punishment of two 70lb+ dogs that tend to treat it like their personal playground and beds, as well as something that would show well when guests came over.

We found all of that with Vik @ Bergen Furniture & Design. What stood out about Vik was his knowledge of the business and his strong ability to understand not only what we wanted and needed, but alternatively present options that were also considerations we hadn't already contemplated.

What I liked most about Vik was several things. First, he was very patient as we were co-developing a solution that met our families needs. Second, he seemingly had a solution for every obstacle we threw his way, whether it was durability, customization, or even financial constraints. And third, and most importantly Vik delivered on everything he said that he would at the times he said that he would, and he made the entire customer experience feel like a VIP experience.

Finally, I can't complete this review without stating how professional and fantastic the delivery team was that delivered our new furniture and removed our old furniture. The delivery crew was thoughtful and extremely careful in removing our old furniture as well as delivering our new furniture. They assembled the furniture quickly and flawlessly, and were very respectful and considerate of our home and us.

I would recommend Vik @ Bergen Furniture & Design to anyone looking for quality furniture at a great price and we will be making all of our future purchases with Vik @ Bergen.

Absolutely love the bedroom furniture we received from here. The price was better than what we had seen elsewhere in the area and the quality was top notch. They really knew their stuff and I felt comfortable making this purchase, which I normally do not when it comes to big decisions purchases like this. Ordered a bedroom set from Vik at the Furniture Bank. Vik was very attentive and helpful. The bedroom set was delivered in perfect condition. The movers were extremely careful and professional. Highly recommend.

I needed a lift chair very quickly. Vik S worked with me and helped me find the most suitable chair for a reasonable price. He was so kind and helpful. He had the chair delivered a day before he promised! I would definitely recommend this store to other people.
