I ordered on the app and picked up in drive thru just a few minutes before I pulled up to the restaurant. When I got to the drive thru order box the person who answered was polite and courteous. I informed him I had an app order and preceded to the pick up window and the lady at the window was polite as well. The food was ready for me and the order was accurate and hot

Cannot praise this location enough. Order is right every single time, service is quick, and they’re incredibly generous with the sauce packets.

I usually don't bother reviewing fast food. But I had to here. The customer service here was impressive. The ladies that assisted me this day were phenomenal. Usually, I barely get a “ hello.” Not to mention the tacos my kidding ordered were as they should and not a complete mess like other locations.

Best Mexican pizza I ever had was at this particular location!

I stopped by the Taco Bell on West Florissant in Ferguson and ordered a beef Chulupa and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was fresh, hot and tasted delicious. The service was great and the experience on a whole was enjoyable. Customer service at some of these fast food places are deplorable but the lady taking my order was very nice and accommodating as I had more than one person in the car ordering food. She patiently gave us time to get our orders together. I will stop by there again soon.

The young man on the speaker is so polite and nice compared to anywhere else!!! Much needed on this hot day.

Been going here for years. Never had a mixed up order. Employees are always friendly. If you're tired of McD and others never even saying thanks you, then go here. Love this place !! Owner, mgr. and employees should always be thanked for great service and product.

Sikeston has one of the best afternoon/night employees staff. I only had 1 experience last week where my order was shorted 2 chill cheese burritos and I called and nobody answered the phone to report it to. :(

The food was hot and good. Also the employees was nice and got our orders right.

Quick fast and fresh food

The manager here is very tuned in to customer service. If there ever is a problem, (which there rarely is) she rectifies it tenfold and coaches her employees with respect. I was very impressed and will always come to this location for my fourth meal fix. Thank you!

I truly love coming to this location. Everyone always speak when they see me coming and knows exactly what I want (I eat the same thing over and over). The Manager Ms. Janita and the cook Robert always make sure your order is fast and hot.

There is usually a wait at night or in the evening. Double check your order before leaving, had to got back through the drive thru and was frustrated because I didn't check first, yes I know that it should have been made right the first time but I do understand that having to make food that quickly that things happen sometimes.

I just want to give huge Thanks and Appreciation to the West Florissant and Chambers Taco Bell Wed 3/7/18 evening Staff. I love quesadillas and I really like them more when the tortilla is crispy. I order it that way and the young lady that is working drive-thru, passed that
information on the other Staff/Crew and they handled that :-). It was so goood. :-). I just wanted to say Thank You, because for fast food I received my order just as I ordered it.
