All my experiences with Mint Dental have been very positive. I am never kept waiting. The staff is very warm and friendly. The office is most clean. Every procedure is explained in detail ahead of time. I never have any problems after work is done. I can honestly highly recommend Mint Dental and of course Dr. Shah

I have been going to mint dental dr shah since it opened up years ago absolutely love everything about it. Dr Shah isfabulous. He is one of a kind and treats me like part of the family takes emergencies. And answers calls personally!! His work is impeccable. Absolutely love mint dental dr shah!!!

Mint Dental in Emerson is the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist! I’m in my 70’s, so that’s quite a few years of going to dentists. Not only is Dr. Shah amazingly skilled and very caring, but he’s a great guy who will address all of your concerns. He explains each step before and as he performs it. His staff is so friendly and extremely competent, as well. Go see for yourself. You won’t regret it!

I have been using Mint dental. since the practice opened and have found the staff to be wonderful, caring and very professional. Dr Shah listens to your concerns and explains each procedure beforehand. I have been very happy with all of his work.

All good here. Dr Shah is not only an excellent dentist but also a really wonderful person who shares his knowledge and experience by informing you of what is happening and how to improve your situation. He really becomes a friend who cares about you.

Dr Shah and the staff at Mint Dental are wonderful! Everyone from the receptionist desk to the hygienist to Dr. Shah are very nice and skilled. Dr. Shah takes the time to talk and explain everything. He answers all my questions and is so patient. I am so glad I have found them so close to my home! It's so easy to make appointments and reschedule too.

Love mint dental!! Went there one time in 2018 and unfortunately had a long gap in my dental care, as soon as I got health Insurance was the first place I looked up, and it was good as I remembered got my x-rays cleaning and fluoride treatment very thorough and positive environment. They did a great job!! Will be returning in six months !!

Dr. Shah and the Mint Dental staff are fantastic in all aspects. The staff is friendly and welcoming, scheduling is a breeze and I always seem to walk right into the dentist chair without a wait. Dr. Shah and his hygienists are skilled and efficient. Appointments are pleasant and informative. It's great to have such strong communication and honesty from a doctor. Had a really great experience here after switching from the dentist I'd been going to for over 25 years. I saw both Dr. Shah's and both are very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They took their time and thoroughly explained everything to me and gave me a detailed treatment plan. Had my first root canal and it was actually a pleasant experience if that's possible :). The office is clean and the equipment is all very up to date so my visits seemed to go quicker than my previous dentist. Would highly recommend this practice!

I started going to Mint Dental a few months ago and I would recommend this office for anyone seeking a new dentist. The staff has always helped accommodate my busy schedule and are very friendly. Dr. Shah is very knowledgeable and explains everything for his patients so they are on the same page. He is also extremely friendly and makes visiting "the dentist " an enjoyable experience which can be difficult for most. Very clean and comfortable office as well!

Dr. Nilay Shah is a very skilled, young dentist who made me feel very comfortable in his care. Doctor-patient communication is very easy with him because he listens. Dr. Shah is also an honest person who will not do procedures that I don't need. I know it from my own experience. He explains everything he does along the way and even checks for mouth cancer during the routine checkup. Everyone in the office is a joy to deal with. I never waited longer than three minutes for my appointment. Parking space is available on both sides of the building!

I've been using Mint Dental for three years and it's always been a pleasant experience. The doctors are exceptional, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the office is nice looking and clean, and the technology is up to date. X-ray films are digital, so no painful cardboard in your mouth! Most important....they have a great dental insurance plan that includes 2 yearly cleanings, x-rays, emergency visits, and 25% off other procedures. I can actually afford to bring my whole family here. Highly recommended!

Dr. Nilay Shah is simply amazing. I have been avoiding dentists for a long time now due to a terrible experience I had a few years ago. Not only Dr. Shah's staff was courteous and comforting, they ensured that I had a pain free, frustration free experience at their facility which has renewed my confidence in dentist again. Would highly recommend this place for things as simple as routine cleanings to more complex dental work. Dr. Shah is thorough and direct in explaining the procedure and will also let you know upfront how much it will cost so that there are no surprises later. The location is convenient and they have extended evening hours which is always helpful.

I finally found a Dentist I can trust! Dr. Shah is very personable and explains everything about your treatment and even knows my Insurance better than me. He also works very well with my son who is on the spectrum and has sensory issues but Dr. Shah is patient and works with all his patients at their level. Oh and yeah he has all the latest technology to go with it, but that is what you come to expect isn't it. What makes Mint Dental stand out is the Dentist and his staff, Mint Dental is worth the visit.

I have been going to this practice, since it opened about three years ago for my semi-annual dental checkups. Dr. Nilay and Radhika Shah operate a solid dental practice. The staff are friendly and competent, the facility is clean, and the equipment is modern and well-maintained. The Shahs know their dentistry and are affable. When you make an appointment, the practice will text your phone with a reminder about 2 weeks before the appointment.

The only small negative I can say is that their website information is a little out of date. Despite what the website states, the practice no longer has normal Saturday appointments. However, they still have evening appointments once a week (as of this writing, on Wednesdays). So, call the practice first to confirm their office hours.

In any case, the practice is excellent and recommended.

Dr. Shah was excellent. This was my first visit to his office. I had a standard cleaning / check up done. I like cause / effect in terms of why things are the way they are. He went through my situation in detail and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Overall, an excellent experience for a 1st time visit to a medical professional.

An honest dentist! No unnecessary work. I have come to realize Ive had many crowns I did not need. Modern tools and technology. Great chairside manner. Super friendly staff. I love Dr Shah's practice. 5 stars is not enough.
