I have purchased 3 pairs of boots from BootCo NW. All 3 times were a great experience. The owner is very patient, knowledgeable and kind.

My fiance was buying shoes for work. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knows what he is talking about. He is awesome.

We got a really great pair of boots...the service was fantastic. Walked in and said what we needed, and we had someone who really knew his business and brought out several choices until we found the right pair. We walked out happy. Almost 4 weeks wear now and they feel very good...super pleased with the purchase. And would highly recommend.

I absolutely love coming here for my husbands work boots! We used to shop at other box stores, but since we found Victor at Bootco NW, we don’t have to chase down sales. Not only do I buy hubby’s boots for construction, we get my brothers work shoes here too.

I usually just have to call up and see if he has them in stock, or if we need to order them. Victor is super accommodating and gives union discounts. I absolutely love that it’s a small business owner too! Support Local, Support Union!

7 months and the boots are holding up nice! I wear them four days a week 10hour shifts at the hospital! Great boots!

Purchased a pair of light weight boots. I visited close to five different footwear places that were not helpful at all with my needs in a boot. About to give up and looked at Google suggestions and noticed this shop. It was my last option. Victor was very helpful and knowledgeable!

I have high arches, plantar fasciitis, and a bone spur. Custom Inserts weren't enough support so adding boots to help support my anckles were a must.

I'm changing professions and had to buy my first pair of safety toe work boots. My foot is wide and I needed to make sure that the boots fit correctly.
The owner took the time to measure my foot and was patient while I tried on many pairs of boots.
In the end, I bought a comfortable pair of boots that I can wear all day. I will definitely come back for my next pair.

We felt in good hands at this place. My 20 year old son has been a welder and now going into plumbing, so needed new work boots. The owner (?) obviously knew his inventory and seemed very knowledgeable without being pushy or "sale-sy". My son left satisfied and so did I! Nice to also support a local business.

Extremely knowledgeable. I was unsure of the fit of a boot I purchased and came back the next day. He spent a lot of time helping me understand my options and the proper fitting of my boot. Got me all sorted out. Definitely worth the drive across the river to support a small business that cares.

It’s a little out of my way, but I went here for the first time today looking for thorogood boots. I’m glad I did because it’s got that local, friendly feel. The staff were awesome and extremely helpful and even humorous. They went out of their way to pull out different sizes, and even multiple pairs of the same size and model to make sure I got the leather cut I personally like (feel and color). They also do repairs, resoles, stretching etc. Please choose local and go with these guys, you won’t regret it! Also, if you’re a union worker, make sure to let them know.

I went here for my first time in hopes of finding new boots for work. Not only was I provided a lot of knowledge on any of their boots, but they were incredibly friendly and patient as I tried on a couple different boots and asked questions on each of them. I ended up getting my first pair of Carolina 8” boots and cant wait to put them to work tomorrow!

I have been buying my work boots here since they opened. They have moved locations and so did I. It's worth it to me when I drive 300 miles North to buy my work boots when I'm in town. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are great. The quality of the boot is high. You will not be disappointed.

I needed to buy a new pair of work boots. I need some comfortable waterproof footwear. I decided to stop in and see what these folks had to offer. I told the salesperson what I do for work and he made a suggestion to try on some Danner boots. I told him I wasn't sure what size because I usually buy UK boots (size UK8). He was happy to measure up my foot and grabbed a pair from the back. I am very picky about shoes and I usually try on 8 or so pairs before I find one that fits my foot well enough to work. I only had to try on one pair and it fit so well, I bought them. This was such a time saver that I was able to go to lunch with my wife. I will definitely buy my next pair of boots at Boot CO NW.

I bouht a pair of Danner boots in to resoled as BootCo prices were better than what I could have gotten in the area. I dropped them off and picked them up a week later. Less than a month later the soles started to come off. I brought them back and they were resoled and repaired without charge. I am now a customer for life and will tell all my friends to buy here too, great prices and awesome customer service

They have a great selection of shoes/boots and nice prices. Service was very helpful on helping me get anew pair. Also they fix them for a reasonable price. I will be going there for my next set of boots. Just stop by and check them out.

Didn't buy boots there yet but the man working there was absolutely amazing. Measured my feet, told me honest info about the boots I was looking at and since he didn't have them in stock and wasn't sure when they would have them, he gave me a couple other places to go. Neither had them so I'll go back to them and order them.

I have boot my last 3 pairs of work boots from these folks. They are always honest, knowledgeable and down to earth. I called today to see if they were open, and the owner stayed there to open his locked door for me. How awesome is that!?! I will always buy all my feet needs from this place, and so should you 😉

I stopped by for the first time today and bought a pair of Thorogood Boots. Victor was very knowledgeable about the products and has even built boots for 30 years. He knows his stuff and led me to the right boot for me. It's hard to find that level of service these days.

I was referred to Bootco by my union. I’m not familiar with work boots at all. I walked in and felt incredibly welcomed by the owner. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He found me the perfect boots. And the prices are reasonable.

I would definitely shop here in a heartbeat. Staff was nice and helpful. They had a shoe I've been searching forever for and even gave a discount to help out the working class... I'm sold and officially love this store

This guy truly takes care of his customers and is understanding. I went in there with a pair of boots that were shredded and blown out from work. They were about 3 or 4 months old. I was prepared to buy a new pair of boots but the man insisted he would repair mine for me frrr of charge. The life of my boots was doubled. I highly reccomend this small buisness to anybody who needs a good pair of boots. There is a good selection here.
