The customer service here is tops. The merchandise is updated regularly. The staff are friendly and always helpful.

Good selection of merchandise, fabulous service. J.Jill's staff checks on customers in dressing rooms to change out sizes of garments. Customer service like all retailers used to do. So nice not to have to get dressed to go get other sizes myself.

This is not about the store, I usually shop online because I buy the tall sizes but JJill shipping is the worst. It takes almost 2 weeks to get an order!
