Shoe Mill - Clackamas

I have shopped for shoes at this store for over 20 years, and have never been disappointed. The expertise in fitting and trying to also meet my style preferences is unmatched anywhere else. The outstanding customer is worth mentioning. I was fit too large for an expensive shoe at a different Shoe Mill store, and after a month of stewing about the poor fit I went to this store. The manager was most helpful and gracious making the change to the proper size and now I am a VERY HAPPY customer! Thanks Erik.

I was SOOOOOOO impressed. I'm not sure if the gentleman was the manager or what, but he was the most helpful shoe salesman of anyone I have ever talked to.

My problem is that I have very strange feet and do not fit in any commercial shoe brands. I have been to nearly every shoe store in Portland with never any luck.

He was the first shoe person who took my shoe problem seriously and actually found a shoe that fits. Better than any specialty store I have been to.

Just received my latest pair of boots that I ordered online due to the COVID 19 virus. Shoe Mill consistently seems to understand that while I have foot issues that require really well designed shoes, I don’t want them to be ugly orthopedic shoes! Every pair that I buy from Shoe Mill are so perfect. Great style and soooo comfortable. I always have a great experience in the store; online is just as good! I LOVE Shoe Mill!

The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. I love the shoes they recommended for nurses, anyone really whos on theyre feet all day! HOKA has variety colors and styles! Great shoes, ive tried Dansko, New Balance, Memory Foam shoes but theses are the best support and comfort!

I have high arches and have had trouble with cramps in my feet - I had been wearing cheaper shoes thinking that buying shoes more often was better. A co-worker recommended the Shoe Mill. The sales personal were so patient and knowledgeable. It's been six months with my new shoes and no cramps in my arches!

I don’t usually post reviews, but I had the best experience at this store! Popped in on a whim due to some foot pain and Trevor did an awesome job taking care of me. He measured my feet, watched me walk, and popped me onto their futuristic-looking Aetrex foot-mapping gadget, which was super cool! It showed which parts of my feet were absorbing the most pressure, among other things. Trevor recommended some fantastic SOLE arch supports, which were a much better fit compared to the Superfeet ones from REI that I’d been using. My feet feel so much better and my arch is so much more supported now. Trevor and Kat also helped me find some supportive summer sandals too. I’m happy to report that my foot pain is gone and I am SO beyond delighted! I was truly impressed with the level of service, kindness, and expertise that I encountered at this store. It was miles better than my experience at FootTraffic on Fremont in Portland! I definitely know where to go next time I need a comfy pair of kicks. Had a very patient and pleasant experience last Saturday shopping for shoes. Mr. Ron Keller was our salesman and he went out of his way to find the right shoes, as my feet have corns, callouses , odd shape, etc. Mr. Keller brought out many different shoes to try and to no avail. We asked about ordering a pair that he did not have in my size, (although he contacted all the other Shoe Mills with no luck), he said the wait time would be so far out for him to get them, that he could not promise a time they would be into the store. He did mention we could go on line and order them direct. We did and my shoes will be here Friday. Because of Mr. Kellers service, I will buy my next shoes from Shoe Mill.

About 6 months ago my feet were killing me i swear i had a bone spur in my heal i refuse to go to the doctor or worse to have surgery I'm a server on my feet at the least 9 hours a day i went in to the shoe mill to buy shoes that nurses wear because their on their feet longer hours than I am, GREG the manager helped me, that day the life of my feet in his hands, he set me up with a pair of Dansko shoes and insoles and also a foot ball to massage my feet to relax and reform my feet. He has saved my feet and I will always go back to him.
I promise even if their busy and you have to wait in line just relax it will be worth it

Manager was super awesome! Found me the last pair of DocMartin boots that weren't even on the sales floor. It made me super happy, and I didnt mind at all, to pay another $30 extra to get my cool boots!

Went in today for shoe inserts. Excellent customer service, as usual! Friendly staff. They rearranged the store and it looks so cute! Love my shoe mill!

Came in and worked with Greg. He is very knowledgeable about feet. And believe me. I went to good feet and they pretty much hustled me and my girlfriend. So I have a very good comparison.If your feet hurt. Then come in here and get your feet check by him. If you listen you can learn lots from him. Trust me!!

Shoe Mill #4 at Clackamas Promenade is the one to go to. Manager Eric knows feet. My husband and I both have dealt with posterior tibial tendon syndrome and I have to be cautious about developing plantar fasciitis. Eric is very well versed with the shoe challenges these conditions present, and trains his staff well. I love the products at the Shoe Mill, in general, but the know-how at the #4 location makes it my go-to shoe store.

I like this brand very much & have several pairs.
My feet are much older than I am and are very picky about the shoes I put on them.

Trevor is so awesome helped me out a lot and ordered me two pairs of shoes ! Even though we walked in 20 min till closing sorry to be those people never been in before and had a great experience! He loves his job and helping people !

We've been here frequently as we are having a difficult time finding the right fit.... however, the staff is super helpful and willing to help. It's nice to have someone knows their stuff. After 4 tries, we have a winner.

Best place to find shoes that fit properly. Staff is well trained in fitting shoes so they are comfortable. It was a delight to purchase my latest pair of running shoes from them.
