OnPoint Community Credit Union

My partner and I came into the branch in a quiet panic hoping to figure out some wiring issues we were having with online banking while closing on a house. Katie the branch manager was so helpful and very quick in helping us out, and it ended up we were able to close on the same day. They truly saved our buns and we were so grateful for the staff that day! They took care of us and it's one of the few times I was so glad to be a part of a community-based bank.

Have been members since they were Portland Teachers CU. Great products and service. This is more convient than the old location behind the mLlll by the Tranist/Max.

I do like how they have opened branches in Fred Meyer's.

Amy Yablonsky made opening up a checking account very easy and it was fast. She explained everything and I’m very satisfied

I was SO happy with the service I received on Friday 09/25/20. First off the branch is beautiful and very clean (with hand sanitizer available when you walk in) and the customer service was just wonderful. I wish this branch was my neighborhood branch! I was helped by Hannah, and her service was top notch. This girl was answering all my questions before I even got the chance to voice them! She was a wealth of information on all types of accounts, which was really nice and more than a little impressive. As a new(ish) member, I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable she was - but even more I got the feeling that she really wanted to help make my day easier. I'm really happy I switched my banking over to OnPoint C.C Union. Thank you again for all your help, miss Hannah! :)

After many years of unsatisfactory dealngs with banks, I opted to join a credit union. I have never been disappointed with OnPoint. Everyone ( literally) who works at any OnPoint CU is courteous, helpful, knowledgeable regarding the aspects of their job. I have been greeted with the same standard of respect whether I am dressed for a board meeting or just stopping by in my stained coveralls after work.
I frequently forget my password, so I speak with a representative via telephone. These people never got exaperated with my dyslexic mind.
I highly recommend (often) OnPoint to anyone who wants a great experience in banking.

Kaylee Ray was amazing!!! She sent up my account as well as my 4 children. She was very kind polite efficient and understanding of my rushed behavior as I was on my lunch break. What a great way to start my new relationship with OnPoint, very pleased with my decision.

Was good but now i have been lied to several times wasted alot of time and money! You would think that after paying over 500 in fees that they would help u out! But the tellers are really nice!

Update the problem i had was not with this branch! I give 5 stars because the Manager called my personal line and fixed everything amazing! Highly recommend this onpoint!

Continuing the story of Wells Fargo ((Posted in a review on Wells Fargo branch located on 82dr, Clackamas)) I drove to OnPoint bank near Clackamas Mall, the transaction to deposit 800 Canadian dollars went very smooth, professional, friendly and took about 10 minutes only ((I believe the teller name was Amy)), got my receipt and drove back home, no Wells Fargo headache.
