Best mechanic I have been too, while driving over 12 years. Very well knowledgeable. And a very great guy. Had a alternator go out on me, and he took great care of me and my vehicle. Even during this pandemic going on. Words cant describe how great they are.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Outlaw Automotive. James is the man to see. I had been ripped off from a mechanic who also tried to but my car After over quoting what it would take to fix. So they said to have it towed there and they would take a look. They stayed there even after they were closed waiting for me. They were fair and honest which I value highly. They worked hard to get the parts needed at a fair price as didn't cost me an arm and leg. It was less than the other mechanic quoted me. "The devil you know is better than the devil you don't. " was quoted to me when debating on selling it or fixing it. He couldn't have been more right. My husband loves his car and didn't want to have to buy another used car to have more unknown problems. Seriously great people and service at such a fair price.

Some call the mechanic there great, I call him a savant. The rest of the related businesses in town collectively possess only a fraction of the ability of this guy but what makes me always return here is the blunt, unwavering honesty. I have saved enough money since I switched to Outlaw Automotive that I could buy another car if I wanted to. So if you want your vehicle to have the best chance of survival I strongly suggest you do business with these people you will most assuredly become a long term customer!

While driving up to Seattle, my car broke down about a mile from this shop. AAA suggested I call Outlaw. Jim came to me on the highway (!!), jury-rigged a method to get the car running well-enough to drive to the shop (saving me an hour's wait for a tow), diagnosed the problem right away and accurately, and had me on my way in about an hour. Jim and his shop displayed true integrity, fairness, and expertise--all to a total stranger just passing through their town. Uncommonly above and beyond!!

I highly recommend Outlaw Motors and I think the owner James McCarty is a great guy he has helped me and my son out quite a bit on our vehicles big changes coming soon if you need a good mechanic he's your guy

Came in for a quick oil change - and was very impressed by the speed and the knowledge of the staff. Would definitely recommend to all in the St Helens area.
