Nearly everything was great about it. The rooms were beautiful, clean, high tech. Beds were comfortable. Pretty luxurious for the price. Service was awesome. We stayed there over Christmas, and I know it's not fun to have to work on Christmas day, but you wouldn't know it by interacting with the staff. They were pleasant as can be.

Just a few minor gripes that they can hopefully fix:
The pool is freezing cold. I've never been in an indoor pool that was so cold. It was just odd for how amazing the indoor pool looked for the water to be so unpleasantly cold. It seemed guests were spending 90% of the time in the hot tub and only a couple minutes in the pool.
The sliding door on the shower doesn't close. It closed halfway and then rolled back to be open a foot.

Another great casino to visit lots of options and variety. Nice atmosphere, very helpful and friendly staff. Good food as well. Definitely a great place to spend a few hours and kill time and even possibly win a buck or two.

Absolutely blown away by how nice, affordable, and fun this hotel was! I've always loved the casino, but staying at the Hotel just added to the experience so much more!!! It was top tier quality, comfort, down to the smallest details in the room and bathroom! They even had slippers for guests, and complimentary makeup remover wipes in the bathroom! 5/5 stars!!!!

Very neat hotel with a massive casino! We were so impressed that there is such a good casino around and almost made us feel like we are in Vegas! Friendly staff, great drink selections, and definitely a lot of slot machines. Loved their Lunar New Year decor too!

This casino opened in April of 2017 and it is very nice. There is no smoking allowed now which is awesome. The sportsbook is a really cool area. The blackjack dealers were really nice, especially Madison and Crystal. Blackjack is interesting here because you can double double, which means if you get a 9 and double down, and get a 2, you can double down again. Tables have lower minimums and more open seats during the day of course, but you can still find a $10 minimum table at night, but you will have to wait for a seat. There are discounts available if it’s your birthday.

I love how many options there are for penny slot machines. We had a great time during a Sunday morning. It wasn't loud, or packed. It was the perfect date to escape the kids for a couple hours. We didn't eat or stay in a room, but just enjoyed walking around and gambling.

Checking in at the hotel was a breeze. The staff is eager to help, well trained. I can tell when people like where they work, the Ilani staff are happy and it shows. I lost my phone on the casino floor. To my surprise, with the help of security, I located my phone . My advice is to NEVER set your phone down on a machine. With so much happening around you, it is easy to walk away from.

I was sent an email inviting me to two complimentary nights at the hotel. When I tried to book, I was told there were no complimentary rooms available, but I could book at a reduced rate. I inquired about the email since there was nothing about limited availability. I was told that they send out around 2000 of the emails and it is indeed first come first served. Just another bait and switch scam.

My experiences are pretty limited but certainly always positive.

Truly great view of Mt. St. Helens when the late winter/early spring snow pack is at its most stunning.

Went for the 1st time on a Friday night. I haven't gambled in over 20 years. I was surprised at the amount of people, but the place is huge and has plenty of parking and space to accommodate everyone. Had a great time !! It was also my 1st time at the Blackjack tables. I did pretty good and only lost one hand. The food and drinks are pricey, but expected, I guess, at a Casino. They dont walk around and serve free drinks as they do in Vegas. Overall was a great experience, and alot of friendly people.

11/10/23, I came to the casino with my son, I had an excellent time. The service was absolutely wonderful. I had gone home and realized I had lost my checkbook and I called the next day. After I gave them my info they were able to find my checkbook. I was able to pick it up at the casino and the man that helped me (Joe) was very nice. The casino is beautiful, good parking, I would recommend it to anyone.

Wife and I finally had the time to book a room and spend a Saturday night. Our room was first class from a comfy bed big screen tv bathrobes and slippers an excellent coffee shop/ bistro in the lobby we didn’t use the pool but we did take a look and next time will definitely make time for a swim
To top it off we left with more money than we came with, yes rare but if you can afford to lose maybe a casino isn’t for you
Were looking forward to another stay knowing now they have a kid play area

Great resort with so many amazing restaurants, gaming options, player perks, and so much more. Their newly opened hotel promises to host many happy memories. And don't forget to check the upcoming entertainment for awesome live performances.

We stayed here for 2 nights the first night was our wedding night. Checking in, still in wedding attire the agent kindly upgraded us to a king suite! The suite was beautiful, very high-end decor. Large soaking tub, huge shower. Even the bath amenities were wonderful. They thought of everything you might need.

We came in here last January on New Years eve & New Years Day. It was very crowded but the whole experience was amazing especially at Michael Jordans Steakhouse where we ate there 3× that time 🤣. We paid kinda too much for room but I guess because it was New Year, but Thank you Ilani for the free room accommodation yesterday, yaaay free room who doesn't like that?..& ended up free meal from Bella Vista but later we have to go to Michael Jordan's Steakhouse. We went there Monday didn't know they are closed on Monday. Luckily we don't have a load not until Tuesday evening so it works out. Definitely keep coming back.

It's absolutely amazing. I've only ever been to casinos in Vegas. This place was so fancy and nice. Went there for my husbands work party it was a gatsby party which was fabulous! The whole thing was just extraordinary! Definitely want to visit this casino again! Also, the bathrooms are crazy insane like amazing. The women's toilets have plastic on them and a button to push, and the old plastic rotates to a new plastic liner. So that when you sit, it is fully sanitized. I've never seen that in my life, just saying that was probably the fanciest pee I've ever had, lol

Love Ilani! Hotel is beautiful, casino is fun, and food is great! Love the players perks they Momentum as well! Especially when you make it to Ascend! I recently had an issue with my Momentum account, which was a little frustrating but I sent an email from their “contact us” link on the website, requested a manager to reach out as I didn’t get much help calling. Same day I received a phone call, voicemail, and text from Justin, VIP casino host, who was clearly eager to help me! Very friendly and got my problem taken care of in a very timely manner. Thanks Justin!

I didn't spend the night there.
The casino was clean, very clean, the machines were spaced out well and distributed well.
There is only a large central bar, so drink service can be slow.
The staff there is very friendly.
There is a good court with a nice selection.
And the best part is it's completely non smoking!!!
Nice get away. Try it..

Love Ilani! Always stop on my way back from Vancouver/Portland area. Newer games in the large gaming area by the main cashier is really nice. Everybody seems to have a good time while there gaming!

Honestly, I've only won once here. I keep coming back because I just love how clean it is and all of the promotions they send me in the mail. As an Ilani member, I enjoy the freeplay and free items they give me. It's also the perfect distance from home for a nice Sunday drive and getaway for a few hours!
