I was fully charged for a Ed Hardy sweater online 7 days ago and I still haven’t receive a confirmation email for my order. No confirmation page ever popped up during my order. There was no contact information on the website. I had to go through my payment transactions to get the companies name in order for me to google their information. Truthfully, at this point I don’t even want the sweater anymore I just want my money back and I would never order anything that has to do with this company.

Don’t shop at Ed Hardy online. It’s a scam, I was charged 135 dollars for two pieces of merchandise and I never received a confirmation email.

Very unprofessional. Website displayed items that were no longer in stock. I was never notified and found out the item was missing when my package arrived. It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received a refund, despite being told multiple times “a refund was issued.” I’d recommend looking somewhere else to shop.
