I may be biased bc I used to work at Chipotle but let me tell y’all about this location 🗣🗣 FIRE 😫😔 I might get sentimental writing this review but they gonna do it every single time… 💪💪💪 like I even got chipotle on my bday bc I’m so in love with it, both the food and the location 🩷 the food is literally always perfect, it’s always done on time and I like how pretty and clean it is inside

I always get take out and the food is always good. I will say that you get larger portions if you actually go in and watch them make your food. I wish there was more to their guacamole. And I wish they would mash it better. I swear I got a half of an avocado the other day.

I stopped going to Chipotle a while ago because over the years I saw the portions get smaller and smaller, and I couldn’t justify going anymore. Shrinkflation is no joke, and it’s hard to go back somewhere when you constantly feel like you aren’t getting your moneys worth these days. When I went in tonight with my sister, whoever was doing the scooping at this location was doing it like the old days. The food was delicious and finally the bowl was actually full. I really hope this is a new standard because if it is I’d become a Chipotle regular again!

As always Chipotle's in Happy Valley, Oregon gets a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating from me! I am in love with the Pico De Gallo salsa that this Tex-Mex restaurant makes! This is my favorite location of all the Chipotle chains in the city of Portland! Thanks again Happy Valley Chipotle's....

Typical Chipotle. Food is great and you are in and out pretty quick. Burrito bowls were a bit light in serving size, but I usually feel like a full bowl is too much anyway. Staff working was really nice.

Always has a good, clean atmosphere with food that is good for you. Portion size is more then I need so I get my money's worth. Always has kind and polite staff who are happy to get the line moving in a timely manner. This particular Chipotle seems to be very new, most are usually. Says a lot about the company, making sure they find new buildings that are up to code etc. I have always enjoyed stopping in at any Chipotle

Ordering on the app is easy. The rewards are greatly appreciated. The food is amazing in taste and freshness. Picking up from the shelves is quick and easy (almost too easy). However, the order of the bags is random, it seems, not on the shelf by name as implied.

Food is fresh tasting and the servings are ample.

Positives; my food was ready at the expected time, the staff was super friendly and kind, we did have one small issue with the order but they fixed it immediately when I brought it to their attention.
Negatives; the music was LOUD in there. It was almost at the level where it was hard to communicate with them because of it.

Very friendly staff and good food, as with all Chipotle restaurants. The staff here is quick and they try to get you through the line and onto enjoying your food as fast as possible while being kind and professional.
I've been there a lot and only once there was a mild issue. My husband ordered a margarita and they said they would bring it out to us, but they didn't. He went up to the counter to ask again and there was only one person on staff who could legally serve it and he just got back from break so the drink was made immediately and served. Unfortunately it didn't taste good, but they were very kind and prompt to help after he went up there.
Now, I just order and leave. No extras. It's not as fun to people watch at this location because most of their customers seem to be arrogant and entitled jerks. If you want to people watch and be entertained, head to the location at the mall.

Well today the chicken burrito was super sized. This employee deserves an award. Huuuuge.

I personally don't care so much for Chipotle but I went with my husband. The food counter was disgusting food every where. They were scraping the bottom of the chicken pan instead of replenishing it. I went around the corner to sit but the tables there we're dirty. There was only one other family eating in the lobby so not so busy. Well, that's what happens when people only get paid minimum wage. Not going back. I didn't put a star because it doesn't deserve not even one.

Chipotle never fails as a comfort food for me.

One of my favorite go-to healthy food that's always consistent and decently priced. This time I got the new chicken and added steak burrito bowl, got so much meat I could barely finish. Great option for low carb/keto lifestyles, I just skip the rice and beans and double meat and boom its a good tasting and very filling meal.

I love chipotle overall, but this location is officially my favorite!
I came in yesterday 38 weeks pregnant, hungry, cranky and with a craving.
The girls serving the line were super friendly when they talked to me and brightened my day immediately! They didn't stop there though! The girl who was at the register actually surprised me by paying for my burrito! She said it was just as a "good luck" thing for me and the baby :) I was very touched and left in an amazing mood and will be definitely coming back again soon! Its so nice to know that there are such sweet people out there :)

Friendly people and clean restaurant. Food is consistent with other locations. I walked in and used the clean rest room. When I came out they kindly let me know that they aren't open yet but offered to take my order anyways. They were training someone on the register and both people were friendly.

What a great fast healthy meal. You get a very large portion of really bright healthy food. Very fast 3 employees helped as you move down the line . Friendly staff.
