We're storage unit newbies but found the process of renting a unit very simple. The woman at the front desk was super helpful and made sure to cover all the bases for payment, late fees, etc. Overall an enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend Planet Storage.

While this isn't the first time I've rented at planet storage, the staff seems even friendlier than they were before, and the "check in" process is really fast! (takes about ten minutes) while I've always been happy renting here, the new girl is WAY polite.. and I really enjoyed doing the check in process with her.. she took me right to my unit, which obviously made it even easier when I wasn't familiar with that section. I wouldn't rent anywhere else. Location is great! right off of four corners for easy access..

This is literally the best storage facility that I have ever used, and I’ve used MANY over the years. From the moment I walked in the door, Jill made the entire experience so easy. I was in and out with the perfect space for me in literally minutes! She showed me ALL of my options on a big map, and let me choose my favorite. She was so sweet every time I called during my time renting here, and I even had to move to a larger unit at one point (which she made seamless as well). Outside of the amazing customer service always provided here, this location is super easy to access, in a safe location, VERY secure and lit incredibly well if you have to go after dark (been in that situation a few times). I will always suggest Planet Storage to anyone with storage needs in Eugene, thank you again for making my rental here such a pleasant one!

FYI, this place does not rent to those without a vehicle.

Also, I had a bit of a miscommunication with one of the staff about their prorated rent policy. However, the manager called me and was very nice and helped resolved all my issues and issued me the prorated rent.

Great service plus safe secure location.

My wife and I used their services for one year. Very impressed with the customer service! Their storage units are clean and easy to access any time. The woman at the desk, Jill, is very friendly and helpful.

second time putting my stuff here! love the buy one month get one free. super nice lady working in the office. my stuff has always been secure and easy for me to access. this year some ash got in my storage unit but that’s to be expected! will come back the next time i need storage

Awesome, friendly staff. I didn't know what questions to ask, but they actually asked me helpful questions to figure out the best unit size for my needs. The facility is super clean and really well lit and laid out. I'll be with them for a long time for sure.

If you’re looking for storage in Eugene Planet Storage is your best bet. They’re the only company I’ve found who honor the deals they list online (great deal btw). The units are clean, easily accessible and secure. Jill at the front desk made my first time finding a storage unit such a positive experience (and even provided snacks, water and smiles 😊).

There is literally no storage available in this town at this particular moment. The lady I spoke with (I am terrible with names - sorry!) went above and beyond her job to help us get a unit. The facility is quite obviously meticulously maintained. The hallways even smell good! Thanks again to the most awesome lady at Planet Storage! You're the best!

Very easy to setup. And the best part.. electrical outlets!! I needed power and enough space to work on a food truck/trailer. Perfect and best price for the situation.
