Dr. D is the greatest. Took care of all of the problems with my teeth in a few visits. My whole family trusts our dental care with the team at Ridgefield Dental Associates, customers for over 10 years and well will keep coming back. They are friendly, clean, accommodating, punctual, and experts in their field. Would recommend this place to my loved ones.

Monster. I saw Dr. Becker as a child in the 80’s and 90’s. I went twice a year and every single time I had at least 3-4 “cavities”. And I always needed extra Novacaine.
His office is in a small town where everybody knew each other. He was one of the few dentists in town, and most residents saw him.
Everyone would joke about how when he was filling your teeth he was also very busy flirting with his assistant and watching soap operas on his TV in the exam room.
As a child, I recall him paying much more attention to them than my actual teeth - while drilling!

In my teens, I stopped going to any dentist. I didn’t see anyone for about seven years. When I finally went to a new dentist I assumed at that point I probably had nothing but cavities in my mouth.
Do you know how many I had? ONE.
One cavity. No change in my oral hygiene and no professional cleanings for YEARS. Now, how is that possible when I had to have fillings every 6 months with Dr. Becker? And when I had the new cavity filled, shockingly I didn’t need extra Novacaine!
I always needed extra shots with Dr. Becker.

Since my mid- twenties I’ve been seeing a dentist twice a year. I’m almost 50 now. Over those years, I’ve had three cavities (this includes that one I already mentioned). I’ve never needed a root canal, and I’ve never had a tooth pulled.
And every new dentist or hygienist l, he/she says the same thing. “Wow you’ve got a lot of fillings in your mouth!”

I had my most recent visit last week. I’m told I’ll need to have a root canal because the filling Dr. Becker put in to my one tooth is SO huge and so old it’s going to eventually crack my tooth. It actually hurts sometimes.
I wish I took a picture of the x-ray to share. There’s more metal than there is tooth.

I also have several small teeth in the back of my mouth that are turning black. Not because they’re rotten! It’s because they’re full of the metal Dr. Becker put in my mouth. Its now seeping through and discoloring the teeth. I’ll need crowns. Those aren’t cheap!

My brother, who also saw Dr. Becker for years has been told by other dentists he has numerous fillings in his mouth that he never needed.

Dr. Becker is a crook. He’s a liar. He stole money from my family and our insurance with his fake fillings and extra anesthesia.
Now he’s costing me money as a middle-age adult to fix all the fake work he did. I’ve kept my mouth shut for many years, but I’m done doing that.

Parents and individuals who saw Dr. Becker in the 80s, 90s and early 2000s if you had this experience with Dr. Becker, please share your stories!

He’s gotten away with this for far too long!

Does not allow for zero stars. My wife Had confirmed appointment with this office for my daughter and the receptionist confirmed the wrong time and refuse to have patient see dentist
