The staff here is fantastic.
They work hard. They are eager to help.
Not everything at Harbor Freight is perfect (product wise) but then the same can be said about the tools and hardware you’re going to to pay twice as much for down the road at the big box store.

Tip: Do some research online. Find the tool you’re interested in at HF, check for reviews on HF as well as YouTube.

Price point is generally lower than other retailers.
Quality merchandise varies, and therefore value varies widely, but usually is quite good.

Iykyk .. get the tool you need for the price you can afford easier here.... Crazy variety also... Nail guns to welding squares.

Love this store, quality tools at good prices and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only note is they should also stock on hardware, other places tend to criminally over charge for it.

Grate prices just wish they stayed open a little later seam to always get off work right as they close.

Lol it's a 5 star cuz well it's the freight. Everything thing you need that your not afraid to break lol I'm not disrespecting this place I just love it for what it is & I hope they stick around for a long time. Employees are always nice,the store is clean, it's well lit &well labeled for your shopping convenience, don't even get me started on the savings.

I just wanted to pop on here and say the 3 main ladies here, are absolutely amazing. They always great you and go out of there way to be helpful. They are very observant of those douchebags trying to steal last couple times I was in they could tell who were going to try and steal or not but they were still helping customers get everything they needed quickly. So ladies thank you for making the shopping experience easy and pleasant!!!!

Great items especially 1 time projects, always a Free item, discount coupons etc.

If you need a cheap specialty tool for one time use, this is the place to go. They have a good selection available, and always have coupons available. The staff is very helpful.

Their socket sets and wrenches have a lifetime warranty, though I have never had to use it. A Starbucks was added in the parking lot, and parking is now much tighter.

I found a pair of leather gloves 🧤 in my size! I don't usually find my size in their store 🏪 ! It was awesome!

Great deals on all kinds of tools. Some not so good some way better than major brand name for the cost. Wide variety of hobby and craft items also. Rc boats and drones. Welding tools and all kinds of man toys 😎
