I love that they have financing for furniture! There are so many bargains here! During holidays, those sections are always stocked with all the essentials you'll need for the season. Their selections are widely varied and reasonably priced.

They have everything and anything you want. There, CSR's are friendly and very helpful.

The guy at the cashier was great! 👍🏾 I got my pet bed and some other some stuff.

Had a good time in the store with my client. We'll be back.

BiG LOTS always comes through when you need name brand for a great price or just a good price in general, love it.

There are good finds for the frugal. I like the free gift that they give out periodically. This branch is well stocked with advertised specials and the efficient staff makes for a speedy check out

The quality is outstanding, and it has exceeded our expectations in every way. We are very pleased by our great customer service (LIZ) we highly recommend her and the store BIG LOTS to anyone in the in Milwaukee, OR or to Salem, OR purchase any product you fall in love with. Love coming here! It's almost anew thing when I go into the store, but I somehow always manage to come out with a bag full of stuff.

When you walk around with a face full of tattoos you really get to become an expert at deciding good from bad customer service, and this big lots crew are full of smiles and kind words while also helping you to find what you need..always a great experience to shop at that particular big lots...

Received exceptional service at this location from a newer employee named Kenny. I love this store and come here often and he was very helpful and attentive, and made me feel welcomed which I don’t always feel when I come here.

Surprisingly found a nice selection of patio furniture. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Multiple patio furniture items weren't priced, but the lady helping us helped us with price lookups, product info, and even helped us load our purchase into our vehicle. They did seem somewhat understaffed at the time, but that may have just been coincidence with our timing.

I am so incredibly impressed with my experience at this Big Lots. Elizabeth(Liz) who helped us was absolutely amazing. She went the extra mile for us and we were able to leave with what we were looking for thanks to her. She deserves a raise. Haha! I will be returning here because of the customer service. Thank you so much Liz!

I wonder how this store stays in business. There is hardly anyone there when the wife and I go shopping. They have great deals from furniture to food.

I went in to pick up an order for my daughter. The cashier handled things well and then another person took over at the cash register so she could bring the order to my car. They were both wonderful.

The guy at the register was no nice and friendly. Very helpful too. Clean store.

Great selection. The group seems to work together very well. Elizabeth helped me, she is kind and so helpful. Charity was warm and very far behind the register! Will be back :)

Purchased a furniture set from Liz had issues with our delivery driver (Alex) and furniture was returned
Liz processed our refund, and we purchased different size suit, Liz was very helpful and hoping we get different delivery driver so ask for her if you purchase furniture from this location she’s been fantastic!

Always find great treasures here!! And their prices are fantastic! Love it when I find little skin or health and beauty deals! Their assortment of outside solar lights is always well stoked with a variety if styles to choose from.

Amazing customer service....I mean amazing!! Went way above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Can't find the names of the 2 employees that helped us but when I do I will add them to this review. Very happy with our experience at this location.
